  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM or other ETL/data migration tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience in change management, UAT support, and ERP implementation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint (O365 preferred).

Technical Support Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $69,600 - CAD $130,900 per year.

Role Overview

  • Experience in testing web applications and mobile apps.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask; work on multiple service tickets simultaneously.
