**ERP System Reliability Engineer - SAP Digital Core Platform**
Location: Poland (Warsaw/Poznan), Spain (Madrid), Canada (Mississauga) - hybrid model of work
We are seeking an experienced **SAP-focused System Reliability Engineer (SRE)** to lead reliability and performance management across our **SAP Digital Core Platform, including** **S/4HANA** and other tightly integrated enterprise systems. This role requires strong expertise in SAP architecture, modules, and integration points, with a deep understanding of how SAP systems operate within complex enterprise environments.
You will be responsible for **cross-application reliability, system performance management, proactive SAP system health monitoring, and performance tuning** . Collaborating closely with SAP developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, you will help reduce technical debt and ensure seamless, highly reliable ERP platform and business operations.
Applying SRE principles to **SAP systems** , you will drive improvements in availability, performance, and scalability, ensuring the Digital Core runs smoothly under dynamic business demands. Your work will directly influence system stability, user experience, and platform scalability for mission-critical SAP business processes.
**The Opportunity**
As a System Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in:
+ ERP Platform capacity planning & system tuning: Conduct detailed capacity planning, ensuring systems scale with evolving business needs. Perform system performance tuning and bottleneck analysis across application layers, databases, and infrastructure components.
+ ERP Platform incident & operational support: Provide expert-level support for critical incidents affecting core SAP systems. Partner with platform, infrastructure, and operations teams to maintain high system uptime and rapid issue resolution.
+ Application reliability & performance tuning: Monitor and enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of SAP systems from a cross-application perspective. Ensure availability and continuity management at the application level across all integrated SAP landscapes. Drive problem management through root cause identification and preventive action, minimizing system downtime.
+ Collaboration with development Teams: Work closely with SAP developers and application specialists to co-design reliable, scalable, and maintainable SAP solutions. Identify and help eliminate technical debt through architectural and code-level improvements.

Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, documents, and implements technology solutions to support Panasonic's IT strategy and business objectives and provides cost benefits. Prioritizes, assigns, and re-assigns work to staff assigned to the project. Resolves conflicts to advance the project. **Qualifications**
+ BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or another related field. Minimum 10 years of information technology/business process analysis experience with SAP Financial business application experience. Demonstrated project management skills required.
+ Must be proficient in the functional areas of SAP applications in Finance areas preferably in SAP S/4 HANA. Proficient in business process analysis, functional knowledge and configuration experience required in FICO SAP application area. SAP Certification for FICO is required. Certified PMP is an asset. Must be proficient in managing and leading SAP projects. Proficiency required in Word, Excel, MS Project and VISIO.

This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives
We are seeking a Senior SAP SD/SCM Analyst with proven expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) within both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. This role requires a professional who not only has deep functional and technical knowledge but can also understand, align, and integrate business processes across multiple business units.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading S/4HANA implementation projects and delivering integrated solutions across a large, complex SAP ecosystem.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Act as a lead functional analyst for SAP SD Order to Cash processes engaged in programs, project implementations, small improvements delivery and exceptionally application support.
Partner with business units to understand end-to-end processes and translate them into integrated SAP solutions
Lead or contribute to S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across the SAP ecosystem.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on technological orientation
Provide expert-level support for incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement in both ECC and S/4 landscapes.
Contribute to SAP governance, best practices, and solution architecture discussions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT leadership and business stakeholders.
Promote an agile culture of servant leadership, collaboration and accountability
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
University degree or equivalent by experience
8+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in SD and (ECC and/or S/4).
Experience in large-scale and international S/4HANA implementation projects, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and sales processes, including integration points with FI/CO, MM, EWM, TM
Proven ability to bridge business requirements with SAP system design and configuration
Experience in global/multi-business unit environments with complex, integrated SAP landscapes.
Excellent skills in solution design, problem-solving, and process optimization.
