Minimum 18-month contract Technical/Functional Skills
· Have worked on S/4 HANA implementation/support.
· Extensive experience and learning in SAP TM and interaction with the client SMEs.
· Dynamic experience of working in a team which is spread out geographically for a client.
· Business process Mapping and Documentation knowledge.
· Ability to work independently as SAP TM consultant.
· Ability to interact with client to understand the requirements and complete blueprint.
· SAP TM configuration and TM Master data, Unit Testing and related documentation.
· Work with ABAP team to conclude the required developments in SAP TM and Knowledge of BOPF, FPM.
· Strong Knowledge of Charge Management, Freight orders Management and Integration of SAP TM.
· Preparation of Functional Specifications for developments and monitoring the developments.
· Preparation of testing Scenario along with Business Process owner.
· Prepare Unit test script, Development Test Script, Integrated Test Script.
· Conducted Integration testing and documented.
· Preparation of End User training manual and Training.
· Data Migration from SAP ECC to SAP TM.
· Preparation of Cut-Over Plan and activity.
· Go-Live Support for Day-to-Day troubleshooting.
Good to Have
· Domain Industry experience.
· SAP TM Module certification.

· Ability to lever Roll Outs/Support independently as SAP TM consultant.
· Control all requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and Functional Specification delivery related to all competencies mentioned above.

Soutenir les activités de test pour les différents projets dans SAP S/4 HANA (rédaction de scripts, exécution de tests).
Développer, améliorer et tenir à jour le matériel et les exercices de formation; dispenser une formation et un encadrement aux utilisateurs finaux.
Documenter les connaissances dans la bibliothèque de connaissances pour assurer la pérennité et faciliter l’intégration des nouveaux employés.
Évaluer l’incidence du changement sur les personnes ainsi que préparer, clarifier et communiquer les changements liés aux processus opérationnels, aux systèmes, aux rôles professionnels et aux structures organisationnelles.
Offrir un soutien permanent et à jour (processus, tenue à jour de la documentation, formation des nouveaux employés / planification du déploiement de nouvelles formations, gestion des priorités pour la résolution des défauts, planification des processus d'amélioration et de solutions alternative).
Coordonner les actions et les priorités avec les autres partenaires commerciaux SAP du groupe Logistique et distribution.
Introduire les meilleures pratiques dans le domaine d'activité assigné afin d'améliorer l'efficacité, de rehausser la valeur et de rationaliser les processus en :
participant aux appels de la communauté et/ou à la gouvernance de la direction
suggérant des améliorations et en mettant à jour les processus.

VOUS VOUS ÉPANOUIREZ DANS CE RÔLE SI VOUS AVEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS SUIVANTES :
Baccalauréat dans une discipline liée aux opérations logistiques et en transport ou toute autre discipline pertinente telle que l’informatique ou l’administration des affaires.
Expérience de 3 ans dans le domaine des opérations de transport. Une expérience en matière d’analyse commerciale, d’amélioration des processus et de gestion de projet est un atout.
Un intérêt et une curiosité marqués pour les solutions technologiques et une connaissance de SAP/S4/Hana sont des atouts très précieux.
Une familiarité avec les approches et les outils de gestion de projet, ainsi que le cycle de vie du projet.
Maîtrise des environnements Microsoft et Google.
Solides compétences en matière de communication et capacité à formuler clairement des messages à l’intention de divers publics.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy SAP roles with associated entitlements, translating functional requirements into technical design.
- Process SAP access requests and ensure appropriate approvals are granted. Assign roles to grant access to secured IT environments.
- Integrate SAP, AD, portal, and cloud applications with the IGA tool (Saviynt).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new SAP systems or application integrations within IAM tools and processes.
- Support the implementation of SAP security for new deployments and upgrades.
- Provide technical assistance for issues related to SAP authorizations.
- Ensure compliance with CN IT standards (e.g., Security, Architecture, Project Delivery Methodology, SOX, etc.).
- Create and maintain accurate process documentation.
Technical Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP authorization in environments such as ECC, Solution Manager, BW, HANA, GRC, and Fiori. More specifically:
SAP ABAP & Fiori
- User Management, including SNC (SU01, SU10, EWZ5)
- Security roles (PFCG), Master/Derived, and authorizations
- Fiori Catalogs and Groups, and their management within security roles
- Management of security roles using transports (Solution Manager ChaRM)
- Cloud applications (BTP, IBP, SAC, Datasphere, Workzone, ABAP on Cloud, Cloud ALM, Signavio, EnableNow, Vertex)
- Security access/privileges (Roles, Role Collections, Groups, etc.)
- User and access management in BTP Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA Cloud, and related services
- Cloud Identity Services
- Understanding of authentication and provisioning mechanisms for connected applications
HANA Database
- User Management
- Security roles (catalog and repository-based)
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Work experience with IAM tools such as IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), Saviynt, or SailPoint
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and best practices with hands-on experience (e.g., provisioning/de-provisioning, SSO, privileged access management, segregation of duties)

Job DescriptionWe have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an IT Specialist - SAP Commercial based in Calgary, Alberta. This position will report to the IT Systems Manager, SAP Functional in London, UK.
Information Technology (IT) develops and optimises the engine that powers De Beer’s digital and technology ecosystems, so our people can make life brilliant in the ways we work and operate. This is a tactical and operational role conducting and managing IT demand management, support, governance, analysis, project and vendor management services within the targeted domain. The role is a De Beers Group business expert with extensive knowledge of the Finance systems landscape inclusive of mobile workforce. They are aligned with IT and business objectives and operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work safely and be committed to being a safety leader
- Understand and translate business requirements for financial processes into functional and technical specifications for the SAP FI module.
- Optimise business performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and IT systems
- Provide coaching, training and advise on future use of technology and business process to targeted clients
- Work closely with process owners and key users to understand business requirements and drive the building of quality solutions
- Perform functional analysis, requirements definition and solution configuration and testing, in conjunction with delivery teams
- Develop functional specifications and setting of configurations in partnership with third party development teams
- Drive the adoption of best practice and enforce the use of standard systems and solutions
- Keep up to date with technology trends and developments and suggest enhancements
- Act as the key specialist point of contact for service providers and clients in problem solving and investigations related to service and technology incidents and requests
- Ensure the knowledge underpinning application/service delivery is documented, managed and maintained
- Identifies risk root causes and quantify potential business impact. Implements solutions to reduce level of exposure
- Manage and optimise targeted functional systems/modules to support efficient and accurate workforce management
- Ensure finance systems, within scope, compliance with regulations
- Develop reports and dashboards to analyse data for decision-making
- Adheres to and participates in governance forums and processes
- An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM or functional discipline
- SAP FI Certification is preferred
- S/4 HANA Financial Accounting certification is highly advantageous
- Deep knowledge and demonstrated hands on experience in SAP FI module
- Experience working in a multinational, multi-cultural environment
