QUALIFICATIONS:

- A graduate university program including a minimum of 30 credits in administration related to a senior staff position in a school. A minimum of six credits must have been acquired prior to the first appointment. In exceptional cases, the school board may refer to a selection committee someone who has not accumulated six credits in administration.
- 8 years of relevant experience.
- A permanent teaching licence issued by the Minister.
- Excellent proficiency in oral and written English and French.
- A high degree of interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to outreach to the community and stakeholders.
- Up-to-date and sound overall pedagogical knowledge and visionary educational leadership abilities.
- Ability to promote team building and work in a cooperative manner.
