We are seeking a Case Consultant to oversee and manage restorative cases from initial assessment through production and final delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively to ensure seamless coordination between the dental laboratory and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Assessment & Problem Solving:
- Analyze incoming cases to understand patient needs and treatment plans.
- Evaluate the feasibility of each case, identifying any potential challenges.
- Detect discrepancies or issues with prescribed treatments and recommend appropriate adjustments.
- Provide expert solutions to optimize restorative outcomes.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the process.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between dental technicians and clients to ensure precise case specifications.
- Deliver clear instructions for restoration fabrication.
- Work closely with technicians to address any case challenges and refine processes as needed.
- Facilitate smooth workflows and ensure timely case completion by coordinating with production teams.
Documentation & Case Management:
- Review case documentation and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that all relevant information is correctly recorded in the system.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of all case details and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Dental Technician certification or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the dental industry.
- Strong ability to manage people, processes, and technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of case management.
- Ability to strategically assess situations and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with the latest industry technology trends and applications.

The key objective of this role is to identify, prioritize, design, and develop enhancements and integrations supporting our client’s Oracle Utilities solutions. The position is based in Toronto, with a virtual work environment. Must be able to travel to Canadian-based client work locations as required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Serve as a Technical Consultant for the Client’s Oracle Utilities solution, which consists of
- Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS)
- Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
- Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM)
- Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M)
- Collaborate with the Red Clay Lead and Project Manager to support the client in identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing enhancements for backlog refinement.
- Adopt the client’s agile SDLC for Oracle utility enhancements
- Design, develop, test, and deliver prioritized enhancements
- Support the client in the definition and execution of test scenarios and test cases
- Liaise between client IT and business teams to gather and validate requirements and proposed solutions
- Provide guidance, direction, and knowledge transfer (KT) to client IT resources to enable internal development of enhancements
- Advise client on technical best practices and product features
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution for enhancements
- Support the evolution of Red Clay’s delivery methodology and capabilities through feedback from current and previous projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years overall relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle Utilities Solutions
- CC&B/CCS, including consulting or services.
- Completed Industry standard Certifications in MDM, CCS implementations:
- Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management 2 Certified Implementation Specialist
- Oracle Utilities Meter Cloud Service 2022 Implementation Specialist
- Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service 2021 Implementation Specialist
- Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management 2 Solution Engineer
- Utility industry experience.
- Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS, including design, development, configuration, and enhancements.
- Computer programming experience with Java and JavaScript
- Deep understanding of the Meter-to-Cash flow/Billing.
