Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, this position is responsible for leadership of the Engineering and Estimating teams (7-10 direct reports) directly related to solution selling quote process. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Engineering degree in appropriate field, e.g. Bachelor of Engineer (Mechanical or equivalent) or Technologist diploma
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years or more experience in a similar role leading a team.
  • Significant experience in costing/estimating in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledgeable in CNC, aluminum, fabrication and finishing.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read 2D and 3D drawings, blueprints (with GD&T).

The AI Product Development Assistant is a member of our RISE Next Generation AI team. Principal Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning and coordination for the NextGen program (e.g., task tracking, meeting notes, timelines).
  • Assist with the development and testing of LLM-based agent workflows (e.g., data classification, matching algorithms)
  • Support structured data imports, database queries, and organizing data for use in our tools
