- Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (BAC) en technologie de l’information ou en administration des affaires ou son équivalent.
- Expérience profesionnelle récente (dans les derniers 36 mois) avec Maitrise de Microsoft Project et Azure DevOps .
- Français (écrit et parlé) de niveau professionnel.
- Capacité de passer une évaluation des antécédents judiciaires.
- Capacité de se déplacer dans la région de la ville de Québec.

+ Implement Agile techniques in different cultures and environments throughout the organization.
+ Understand NTT DATA's go-to-market and brand differentiation and brand protection (You are representing NTT DATA)
+ Provide training to employees on Agile versus agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum, as well as their application in solution delivery.

**Job Requirements:**
+ Require an experience Lean-Agile RTE.
+ Require experience with Implementing in Agile Team and driving results with Planning Interval (PI)
+ Agile Release Train Engineer - RTE (Project Manager)
+ Assist the product manager in getting ready for PI.
+ Using the agile release train, they must improve the flow of work
+ Assist in the management of risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
+ To assist continuous improvement, collect program flow measurements and other important metrics
+ Coach Lean-Agile methods and mindsets to leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters
+ Assist in the management of risks and dependencies
+ Impediments should be escalated and tracked
+ Contribute to the resourcing of major bottlenecks
+ Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders will assist in ensuring that strategy and execution are in sync
+ Resolve contingencies and complicated issues, provide leadership to project teams, and act as a consultant/coach to management
+ Evaluate the Development Operations and improvise workflow
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years guiding teams in agile software development as Project manager or Delivery manager.
+ 5+ years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator.
+ 5+ years' experience configuring and managing one or more of the following agile application lifecycle management tools (Jira, Planview, VersionOne, AgileCraft, Rally, ADO(TFS), etc.)
+ 5 + years' experience working in agile fundamentals such as lean-agile values, principles, and practices. As well, their optimal application and outcomes desired.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ SASM- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (scaled; SAFe 6+)
+ ICP-ATF, PSM, CSM - Recognized Scrum Master Certifications
+ Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to desired outcomes for the purpose.
+ Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to other colleagues in various roles, as well as leaders.
+ Organizational, good time management, balanced attention to help optimize a valued outcome across varying priorities.

Responsibilities:
- As a Scrum Master, you will work alongside 1-2 Agile SAFe Teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction

Required Skills/Experience:

- Facilitation & Problem-Solving : Exceptional facilitation skills to lead all Agile SAFe ceremonies. You are proactive in identifying and removing impediments, and you protect the team from external distractions.
- Experience in a SAFe Environment : Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You are familiar with ART events like PI Planning and understand how team-level work contributes to overall business value.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Scrum Master advanced certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM, etc)
- Working experience on Agile project management tools (Agility, Jira, etc)
- Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and to management
