*Responsibilities:*
* As a Scrum Master, you will work alongside 1-2 Agile SAFe Teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction
* Guide and facilitate all SAFe Agile ceremonies (e.g. iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, retrospectives), ensuring the team sticks to the software development process and achieves iteration goals
* Support PI Planning, facilitate system demos, support cross-team coordination and support RTE in ART-level execution and synchronization
* Coach and mentor SAFe Agile Team, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and self-organization within the team
* Protect SAFe Agile Team from distractions, remove impediments and barriers to successful implementation.
* Facilitate conflict resolution, and help maintain team focus on the product backlog and project timeline
* Ensure iteration deliverables consistently meet quality and regulatory guidelines
* Collaborate with other members of the Agile community
* Facilitate effective communication between Teams and key stakeholders
* Regularly monitor, identify, and report progress using appropriate metrics to support PI Delivery
* Support issue/risk tracking and scope management discussions
* Support communication between leadership, Product and SAFe Agile Teams
*Required Skills/Experience: *
* 3+ Years Agile Leadership & Coaching : A servant-leader mindset with a proven ability to coach and mentor teams to become high-performing and self-organizing. You have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with the SAFe framework and Agile principles.
* Facilitation & Problem-Solving : Exceptional facilitation skills to lead all Agile SAFe ceremonies. You are proactive in identifying and removing impediments, and you protect the team from external distractions.
* Experience in a SAFe Environment : Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You are familiar with ART events like PI Planning and understand how team-level work contributes to overall business value.
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Scrum Master advanced certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM, etc)
* Working experience on Agile project management tools (Agility, Jira, etc)
* Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and to management
* Basic knowledge of software development environments and technologies.
*Nice-to-Haves:*
* Knowledge and experience in working with the SAFe framework.
* Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release management
* Graduate with 6+ years of total Software delivery experience.
* Background in software development, QA, or BA is highly desirable

Poste de Scrum Master/ Maître Scrum
Localisation : Quebec, Canada
RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :
Facilitation Agile
- Faciliter les cérémonies Scrum (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective).
- Aider les équipes à respecter les principes et pratiques Agile.
- Identifier et éliminer les obstacles pour assurer la fluidité des projets.
Accompagnement et coaching
- Conseiller les équipes sur les bonnes pratiques Scrum et Agile.
- Soutenir les Product Owners dans la gestion du backlog et des priorités.
- Promouvoir la collaboration et l’auto-organisation des équipes.
Suivi et amélioration continue
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance Agile (burndown charts, velocity, etc.).
- Encourager l’amélioration continue des processus et pratiques.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
- Expérience en tant que Scrum Master ou rôle similaire
- Certification Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) souhaitée
- Bonne connaissance des méthodes Agile et Scrum
- Excellente communication, facilitation et leadership
