**Job Description**
**CUSTOMER**
+ End-to-end facilitation of the agile processes
+ Drives continuous improvement and change, acting as a change agent to adapt processes to maximize productivity across work efforts
+ Engages appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage impediments to achieve outcomes of work commitments
+ Identifies agile team improvement opportunities and looks externally for best practices in order to increase team productivity
+ Makes sure there is no hidden work, ensuring that everything the agile team (e.g., pod) is working on is acknowledged and accounted for in the Product Backlog, protecting the team from distractions
+ Owns championing of agile practices and ceremonies
+ Provides advice and guidance to the agile team (e.g., pod), as required, regarding best practices in agile / the TD Scaled Agile methodology
+ Ensures team adheres to 'Work In Progress Limits' established by the Product Owner, making sure the team is not working on too many stories/tasks at once, and helps them get into a flow of starting and completing work in a predictable manner
+ Encourages the Team to look for opportunities to support each other (e.g., focus on higher priority Stories that team members are struggling with)
+ Ensures a collaborative culture exists within the Team, promotes team building and ensures team engagement

Insight Globals client is looking for a confident Product Owner to join their team to lead one of the Agile Pods in their Omnichannel Analytics team. The goal is to build one single source of truth platform for their Omnichannel team globally. The long-term end goal is to eventually have AI predictive analytics but they are not there yet. They are calling this Commercial Analytics Platform. They are splitting the this pod into two pods and this Product Owner will lead one pod.
They are looking for a Product Owner who can work with the business stakeholders, understanding what the business problem is, understand the solution and what they are trying to build. Then working with the development team and how do we get this work done from a data engineering side, from a front-end side, etc. Take it from high level working with the business (sales team, business team) taking their ideas, and work with the development team to iterate on this and make it better for their users. They will be managing the JIRA boards, being able to track everything the team is doing. Where are there dependencies and blockers. Owning that the work will be executed on time and if its not going to be, clearly articulating that to the business on sprint reviews how we will get back on track. There will be a dedicated Scrum Master, but this person will be expected to attend all the ceremonies. Someone else will be leading the refinement, but this person will be an engaged member of the agile team.

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Product Owner with CIAM domain expertise to lead the development and evolution of our customer identity platform. This role is critical in shaping secure, user-centric digital experiences for millions of customers. The ideal candidate combines strong identity management knowledge, a product mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across business, technical, and compliance teams.
**In this role, you will**
+ Product Ownership & Vision
+ Define and maintain the product roadmap for CIAM capabilities (registration, authentication, consent, identity proofing, etc.)
+ Own the product backlog; prioritize features based on value, risk, compliance, and customer impact
+ Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
+ CIAM Expertise
+ Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure, scalable CIAM solutions (OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, MFA, identity federation, etc.)
+ Ensure CIAM solutions meet regulatory, privacy, and security standards.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration
+ Serve as the liaison between business units, developers, compliance, and UX teams
+ Lead grooming sessions, sprint planning, and product demos
+ Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and translate technical topics into business value
+ Customer-Centric Focus
+ Advocate for frictionless and secure digital identity journeys
+ Analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve CIAM features
+ Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and usability of CIAM experiences across channels (web, mobile, APIs)
**What you'll need to succeed (required skills)**
+ 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in technology, with at least 2+ years focused on CIAM, IAM, or security domains
+ Solid understanding of CIAM concepts and technologies (e.g., FIDO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, MFA, identity verification)
+ Experience with identity platforms such as Ping Identity or custom IAM solutions
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Agile/Scrum experience; ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
+ Experience in the financial services sector
+ Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and customer authentication patterns (e.g., step-up auth, adaptive MFA)
+ Product certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus
+ Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing conflicting priorities
+ Passionate about digital identity and the evolving landscape of customer trust and security
