The Align Business Intelligence Team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development team. You will be in charge of communicating with business teams, analyzing business requirements, providing system requirements to development team. You will support backlog grooming, prioritization, release planning, daily stand-ups and other SCRUM ceremonies. You will closely work with business and other development teams to identify and clarify business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability
- Participate in functional testing of deliverables
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a similar dual-function role
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments in a software development industry, ideally in Data and Analytics context
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical concepts
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is strongly preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

The Software Development Manager will be responsible for leading the teams' projects, from gathering requirements to delivery to market, working towards communicated timelines. Skills and Requirements
Over 7+ years of software development experience, ideally new products or highly-visible, external facing apps
3+ years' mentoring and managing less experienced employees
Languages required at high proficiency: Python, AWS Native Solutions, Java, Angular or React, Non-relational Databases
Skilled in both front-end and back-end development with relevant languages to the client (see tech stack below)
Understanding of DevOps tooling and automation (CloudFormation, Terraform, Jenkins
