Your role will include:

The Vice President (VP) is primarily responsible for managing the execution of M&A, private placements, and capital raising transactions. This role serves as the main point of coordination for transaction processes, client relationships during live deals, and overseeing internal deal teams. While providing support in select origination activities, the VPs core focus is to ensure quality and effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Transaction Execution Leadership
