QUALIFICATIONS :
- 6 mois à 1 an d'expérience avérée en tant qu'agent de sécurité ou un environnement similaire.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit afin notamment de produire des rapports ou de communiquer avec des clients et différents intervenants dans les deux langues, tels que requis dans le cadre des fonctions.
- Doit passer une vérification complète des antécédents sur 5 ans et avoir un dossier de sécurité vierge.
- Compétences informatiques requises : Connaissance de base de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) pour les rapports et la documentation.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent (GED) ou expérience de travail équivalente.
- Expérience avec les systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV), les systèmes de contrôle d'accès et les logiciels de surveillance d'alarme.
- Excellentes compétences d'observation et de surveillance.
- Doit posséder une licence de sécurité valide de Montréal (BSP).
- Carte de premiers soins obligatoire ( CNESST)
- Doit être autorisé à travailler au Canada jusqu'à 40 heures par semaine.
- Doit avoir au moins 18 ans.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- Certificat de service à la clientele obligatoire.

Responsabilités :
- Surveiller et contrôler l'accès au site, en s'assurant que seules les personnes autorisées puissent entrer.
- Effectuer des patrouilles régulières des locaux pour identifier et résoudre les risques de sécurité.
- Réponse aux incidents : Répondre aux incidents de sécurité et aux urgences, en veillant à la sécurité de toutes les parties concernées.
- Utiliser et surveiller les systèmes de sécurité, y compris les systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV), les systèmes de contrôle d'accès et les systèmes d'alarme.
- Établissement de rapports : Tenir à jour des registres de sécurité et des rapports d'incidents précis ; faire remonter les problèmes si nécessaire.
- Conformité : Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations provinciales et locales en matière de sécurité.
