Who you are:
- Minimum High School diploma or Grade 12 education.

- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to obtain an AVOP (Airside Vehicle Operating Permit) is mandatory.

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications- Eligible for a Nova Scotia Security License
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C (CSA-approved)
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- High school diploma or GED
- Supervisory or management experience
- Able to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically capable of patrolling, standing, walking, and responding to incidents
- Willing to complete UoF/MOAB training (6-month commitment if not certified)
- Reside in Bridgewater or the immediate surrounding area
- Certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or healthcare security
- CCTV and alarm monitoring experience
- Additional language skills (e.g., French)
