**Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support the effective management of projects across various stages. As a Project Associate you will work in a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm with an excellent reputation in the industry. The successful candidate is someone who has a degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University and is working toward gaining a P.Eng. License with the PEO (Previously EIT). Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and experience in the construction/restoration industry would be an asset. - Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for the projects you are overseeing and effectively communicating them to stakeholders and C-suite executives.

- Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects to maximize efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and other stakeholders.
- Ensure there is regular communication between project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

- Escalate issues and conflicts within and outside the project team
- Ensure projects are evaluated for compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards when applicable.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**
+ Perform client facing hands-on activities to successfully deliver ERP/HCM implementation/upgrade/expansion projects following a standard SDLC methodology and approach.
+ Provide program/project management for a large HCM transformation from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday HCM with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
+ Work in politically charged environment that requires strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
+ Refine and manage the detailed project plan and schedule. Manage and report status on detailed tasks including the Estimate-to-Complete for activities on the critical path.
+ Provide direction and leadership for the solution design from initiation phase through implementation.
+ Work closely with project sponsors to ensure that project delivers objectives and the agreed upon requirements aligning with the customer PMO policies and procedures.
+ Work collaboratively with the client Project Manager to develop project charter, schedule, and other project management deliverables.
+ Communicate project statuses and updates to project team, business owners, and NTT DATA leadership throughout the duration of the project.
+ Ensure all impacted stakeholders understand risks, issues, and activities related to the project.
+ Act as point of contact to track, discuss and resolve issues and escalate as required.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Business professional with minimum 15+ years of experience with ERP implementation projects (e.g., Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, EBS, or Workday)
+ Successful execution (On Time & On Budget) of mid to large size projects.
+ Planned and executed several IT ERP initiatives including modernization projects, automation, upgrade projects, implementations, enhancements, and IT transformation.
+ Comfortable with project execution of aggressive and agile project schedules.
+ Comfortable with challenging team dynamics and handing and communicating in difficult situations.
+ Broad application knowledge HCM applications and understanding of implementation strategies and approaches for SaaS implementation projects.
+ Comfortable communicating with C-level client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
+ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
+ Track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
+ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
