Role:
The Bilingual Collections Associate (English and French) will be responsible for the day-to-day collection of accounts. The Associate will work internally and externally with various stakeholders to review account status and escalate collection issues to Supervisor or other decision makers when necessary.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making daily collections call based on weekly aged reports and overseeing aging with goal to maintain 75% current.
- Release orders daily based on status of customer accounts.
- This also requires follow up phone calls for orders that are on HOLDS.
- Provide information to customers, backup invoices and statements when required. Establish/maintain positive customer relationships, working closely with customers AP contacts (Managers, Controllers, Operations).
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AR and/or collections.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; French is an asset.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong interpersonal, analytical and professional interactive skills are necessary to perform at a high degree of proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, collaborator and able to work with others to overcome obstacles.
- Understands team dynamics and works well within a team structure.
- Uses time effectively.
- Detail Oriented - Attention to details and accuracy.
- Experience with PeopleSoft a plus.

The Gummy Collector / Packaging Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring product quality and supporting efficient production flow. Reporting to the Machine Operator / Team Lead, this position is responsible for handling finished gummies, conducting visual inspections, preparing them for drying and packaging, and assisting with sanitation and line support in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The Gummy Collector/Packaging Assistant is responsible for:
Gummy Handling & Inspection
· Collect finished gummies from trays and moulds.
· Conduct visual checks for defects (shape, color, contamination).
· Transfer gummies to the drying room or packaging line according to SOP.
Packaging & Line Support
· Assist with weighing, bagging, and labeling of finished products.
· Support Production Operators during start-up, changeovers, and shutdown.
Compliance & Cleanliness
· Maintain a clean and organized working area.
· Comply with GMP hygiene rules, PPE standards, and Health & Safety policies.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
· Prior experience in food handling or manufacturing preferred.
