Scope of Position: You should have the ability to develop opportunities in the various aspects of customs from our Canadian and international offices. You must be comfortable working closely with clients, staff, the CBSA and other government agencies. Strong communication skills will be required to be able achieve your goals with clients, the government and the team.
Classify our clients' products using a working knowledge and demonstrated ability to properly navigate and interpret the Harmonized Tariff System. You must possess the ability to read, understand and apply the general rules of interpretation (GRI's), section & chapter notes and have a good understanding of Customs' rulings, including Customs' ruling database.
The Senior Consultant will need to understand import valuation and the trade agreements that Canada is a party to. They will need to have the ability to manage their projects and work closely with the team to complete the projects within the requited time limits.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
+ Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification of imported products
+ Researching and interpreting Customs rulings for HS classification determination
+ Research OGA, ADD/CVD, Quota/Permit requirements
+ Effectively use reference sources, such as the HS Tariff schedule and Explanatory Notes
+ Prepare, submit and manage binding classification ruling requests to the CBSA.
+ Working knowledge of Customs Valuation and its interpretation.
+ Understanding of international trade agreements
+ Understanding of Canadian export regulations
+ Understanding of and experience working within the CBSA CARM Client Portal
+ Communicating with domestic and international clients' offices, building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
+ Corresponding with the CBSA.
+ Active participation in the sales process including attending meetings with clients.
+ Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management, peers and clients
+ Mentor and guide junior team members.
+ Meet company standard of 52 hours of training per year
+ Be dedicated to the success of Tradewin using ethical business practices at all times
Reporting Structure: The Senior Consultant, in most cases, would report to the Manager or Principal.

Job Description
This Senior Consultant role provides strategic leadership and program delivery support across UKG Scheduling Pro WFM and Workday HRIS initiatives in a large, complex healthcare environment. The consultant partners closely with project managers, steering committees, and leadership teams to shape workforce strategy, oversee change management, and ensure successful implementation across multiple lifecycle stages. Responsibilities
+ Provide Senior-level consulting and mentorship across UKG Scheduling Pro WFM and Workday HRIS projects, owning the overall workforce strategy and guiding program direction.

Essential Skills
+ Approximately 8-9 years of progressive experience moving from project management into a Senior consultant capacity, ideally within large-scale system implementation environments.
+ Demonstrated Senior-level consulting and mentorship experience, including creation, planning, and ownership of workforce strategy across complex programs.
+ Proven ability to work closely with project managers as a program director or consultant across multiple lifecycle stages, including discovery, build, testing, and go-live.
+ Strong project management skills, with experience providing full PM support across concurrent implementations and overseeing key teams such as recruitment and workforce optimization.

Work Environment
The role operates within a large, complex healthcare organization that follows a very flat structural model, where collaboration and shared ownership are the norm and expectation. The Senior Consultant works closely with two managers who currently report into the role and who bring strong personalities and perspectives, making it important to maintain structure, momentum, and clear communication. The environment is highly project-driven, with significant overlap across workforce optimization, HR, and clinical operations, and requires awareness and sensitivity to the organization's specific ways of working. The position is part-time at three days per week, with a hybrid work arrangement that is dependent on project needs.

**Job Description:**
The Senior Will Consultant plays a key role in contributing to a complete wealth management solution for clients. The appointment of The Canada Trust Company ("TCTC") as Attorney under a Power of Attorney for Property, Executor and/or Trustee provides a solution to TD Wealth clients or other external clients looking for a professional in these roles. The appointment of TCTC by a client implies a significant level of trust, deepening the connection with TD Bank and creating opportunities for advising multiple generations on wealth management. These appointments are a central component of the Private Trust business within TD Wealth.
Through effective relationship management, the Senior Will Consultant will act as a liaison between the client, their Wealth advisor or Trust Officer, and external legal counsel to assist in the implementation of the client's estate plan through the appointment of The Canada Trust Company in their estate planning documents. The key objective of the Senior Will Consultant role is to ensure that the clients' estate planning documents accurately represent the estate planning advice obtained by the clients from their legal advisor as well as to ensure that the estate planning documents include TCTC's relevant administrative provisions. The Senior Will Consultant will work with the client and their lawyer to ensure the planning documents reflect the client's intentions and are able to be effectively administered. The Senior Will Consultant will report to the Will Consultant Manager.
**Job Accountabilities**
The successful candidate will:
- Support a specific group of Private Trust branches in a region by introducing prospective clients and guiding existing clients through the process of appointing The Canada Trust Company in their legal documents
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to support frequent interactions with clients, internal partners and external centers of influence
- Exercise sound judgment when interacting with clients and external professionals
- Apply risk management skills and knowledge to ensure all Will/Power of Attorney for Property files comply with TCTC policy and relevant legislation/regulation
- Fully document client records, including communications with clients, external legal counsel and internal partners
- Ensure file documentation adheres to all aspects of company policy
- Contribute to the Professional Practice Group's ongoing review and enhancement of Will clauses, policy, risk management, etc.
- Participate in TD Wealth partner training in conjunction with the Trust Officers in assigned branches
- Represent and advocate for TD Wealth Private Trust within the organization and professional community
- Proficient in reviewing estate planning documents where more complex/sophisticated estate planning has been done to ensure adequacy of drafting from an administration/risk perspective

**POSITION SUMMARY**
A Senior Data Services Consultant is an administrative professional focused on supporting the Canada Implementation team by managing and coordinating the client data conversion activities and other data services from start to finish/end-to-end and ensure all required client data is converted, validated, populated accurately, securely and on time in the ADP solution. Collaborate with the Implementation associates, Project Managers, Sales associates, and customers insuring successful project execution. Collaborate with the Data Services Subject Matter Expert, US Data Services team and the back-office teams as required.
This role supports implementation primarily as well as, service and sales (Canada and Cross Border) along with ADP clients nationally for data conversion and import activities providing Consulting, Data Analysis, support of data strategy and data import activities.
The Senior Data Services Consultant is accountable for overall data conversion results (meeting commitments on data strategy, timelines, and quality) and ensuring that actions, deliverables, solutions and/or advice are in line with established business objectives and methodology. Also, collaborates, contributes, and maintains all aspects of proper request queue management and provides support to all Data Services Consultants, as required.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provides professional consulting to clients (internal and external) on data strategy for implementation during extract, conversion and import activities. Applies to all account types and may be called upon to serve as a dedicated resource, as required.
+ Professionally manage and support to resolution the overall data conversion project through the effective management of project queue, throughout all conversion activities and coordination of stakeholders ensuring a Stellar Service client experience.
+ Works collaboratively with Implementation peers to deliver complete & accurate client data files for parallel testing and/or live processing including receiving and modifying files, developing technical specifications, evaluation and balancing of any quantitative data to client provided totals
+ Proactively contribute to the development of a library of tools and resources for the purpose of client data conversion and assist in the training of less tenured newly hired data services associates.
+ Identifies, recommends, or refers any issues or opportunities which arise from client queries to the appropriate internal ADP Team.
+ Exemplifies the principles of Stellar Service ultimately fosters client loyalty.
+ Proactively contribute and collaborate to documentation on processes and procedures insuring consistent best practices for the team. May be called upon to prepare and/or deliver ad hoc training sessions to Implementation associates of all levels.
