SAP Data Migration Analyst - We are looking for multiple Data migration & Quality Analysts to support our SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation and data migration from legacy SAP, with dedicated resources focused on Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. These roles will work closely with business users, data owners, and our system integrator to identify data inaccuracies, define and apply data quality rules, and ensure correct mapping of values into the new system. Each analyst will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, guiding users through data remediation, documenting transformation logic, and validating quality during mock loads. The goal is to deliver accurate, business-ready data in their functional area, enabling reliable reporting and efficient operations in the new SAP environment.

We are hoping to get 2-3 resources to support this migration of data from both SAP 1709 to 2023, as well as for our reporting function.

Summary

The Business Intelligence (BI) Lead will be responsible for owning and driving the BI strategy across Convoy, ensuring data-driven decision-making supports operational excellence and business growth. Data Visualization & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for real-time monitoring of sales, supply chain metrics, and warehouse performance.


• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting layers.


• Provide actionable insights to improve sales optimization, operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Operational Collaboration

• Work in close partnership with BI counterparts across group companies to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing


• Partner with sales, operations, procurement & purchasing, and finance teams to understand data needs.

• Train leadership and key functional staff on using Tableau dashboards effectively.

Data Infrastructure & Governance

• Oversee data integration from ERP, SalesForce, and other systems.

• Proficiency in SQL Server technologies (TSQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Data Mining)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.


• 5+ years of BI experience, with preferably 2 years in manufacturing or distribution environments.


• Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills.


• Strong SQL and data modeling experience.


• Familiarity with ERP systems and SalesForce.


• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or supply chain optimization.
