**AECOM** 's Design and Consulting Services Marketing Group is seeking a **Senior** **Graphic Designer** to join our Building + Places (B+P) proposal team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design, be open to collaboration, and be ready to tackle new challenges. This role primarily involves designing and developing proposals, presentations, supporting graphics and marketing materials from concept to completion.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ BA/BS + 4 years of relevant graphic design experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (emphasis on PowerPoint and Word)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 6 years of relevant graphic design experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Experience in the Engineering/Architectural& Construction sectors and/or in Proposal and Sales is a plus.
+ Advanced-level Adobe InDesign user creating interactive documents
+ **Interactive Document Creation:** Design engaging interactive documents by integrating buttons, hyperlinks, video, audio, and animations.
+ **Utilizing the Publish Online Feature:** Leverage InDesign's Publish Online feature to create digital documents for online viewing.
+ **Interactive PDFs** : Designing and exporting interactive PDFs that include links and navigation buttons.
+ **User Experience (UX) Focus:** Prioritize the user experience by creating clear navigation, intuitive interactions, and a visually engaging flow.
+ Advanced-level designer creating and managing complex, multi-page documents

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and work in a team environment to help us successfully execute local IRM and construction services, as well as support the DOF Group globally when required.
We are actively seeking a Designer to join our team. This is a permanent Onshore position.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the project or tender focal point for all drafting activities with other disciplines for projects, tenders and internal studies;
- Assist to development and/or maintenance of standard work procedures and guidelines;
- Develop as-built, PFDs, P&IDs, piping layouts, isometrics, 3D models, line designation tables, and other drawings as required for a variety of large complex renewables and offshore construction projects;
- Compiling documentation packages and producing document sets;
- Work closely with design team members to ensure design documents are completed according to deadlines.
- Collaborate with engineering team in making any necessary alterations to drawings;
- Adhere to all quality procedures and processes as set out by the company/client;
- Ensure work is performed in a competent, diligent, and prudent manner, in accordance with the highest professional standards of the industry and all applicable laws;
- Perform other technical duties to support project delivery;
- Provide direction to more Junior Personnel;
- Interact with engineers to source design information;
- Review drawings for compliance and accuracy;
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while adhering to budget and schedule.
Requirements
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Completion of a Diploma of Drafting and Design or Engineering;
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience Subsea Engineering & Installation with a knowledge of project engineering and procedures;
- Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment driven by deadlines;
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deliverables;
- Highly proficient in AutoDesk Software Suite (2D & 3D);
- Working Knowledge of relevant Renewable and Oil & Gas Industry Technical Specifications and Standards

From researching trends and sketching concepts to sourcing materials and assisting with fittings, you'll be involved in every step of the design process.

- Assist in designing seasonal collections, from concept to production
- Create detailed technical sketches and tech packs for manufacturers

- Research trends, fabrics, and colours to inspire new designs
