L’expert technique a comme principales responsabilités:

  • Conseiller l’équipe de ventes pour déterminer la faisabilité des opportunités qui se présentent à STAS;
  • Supporter l’équipe des ventes pour des présentations techniques ou des rencontres avec des clients pour s’assurer de bien cerner leurs besoins et d’assurer la crédibilité de l’entreprise;
  • Approuver les solutions technologiques aux différentes étapes de la chaîne de valeur de réalisation des équipements, soit lors de la vente, de la conception, de l’approvisionnement, de l’assemblage et du démarrage;
  • Participer et conseiller au niveau technique lors de démarrage des équipements chez les clients;
  • Assurer la réalisation de démonstration de performance des produits STAS reliés à la métallurgie chez les clients.

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou universitaires (baccalauréat) en métallurgie ou dans une discipline connexe ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente combinée à une expérience pertinente.
  • Démontrer une expérience significative (minimum 10 ans) dans un poste d’expert technique, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou métallurgique.
  • Une expérience ou une expertise en fonderie sera considérée comme un atout.
  • Disponible pour voyager occasionnellement.
  • Langues parlées et écrites : français et anglais. Ce poste nécessite une maîtrise de l’anglais en raison des interactions régulières avec des partenaires internationaux anglophones. L’anglais permet de fournir un service de qualité, de rédiger des documents précis et de collaborer efficacement;

Relevant du Responsable des Opérations Marketing, l'Expert en Marketing Numérique sera responsable de la création et de l’exécution de stratégies numériques performantes visant à accroître la visibilité de la marque, la génération de leads, l’acquisition de clients et la croissance du chiffre d’affaires. Vous dirigerez le développement et l’optimisation de programmes payants et organiques sur plusieurs canaux, y compris le SEM, le SEO, le courriel, les réseaux sociaux payants et le marketing de contenu, tout en assurant un suivi, une analyse et un retour sur investissement précis.

Exécution de la stratégie numérique

  • Diriger le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de marketing numérique globales pour accroître la notoriété de la marque, générer des leads, améliorer les conversions et stimuler les ventes via divers canaux en ligne (SEM, SEO, marketing par courriel, réseaux sociaux payants et marketing de contenu).
  • Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses concurrentielles afin d’identifier les tendances, opportunités et meilleures pratiques, et recommander des actions concrètes pour optimiser la performance des campagnes.
  • Gérer les budgets publicitaires numériques, allouer efficacement les ressources et optimiser les dépenses pour maximiser le ROI et atteindre les objectifs fixés.
  • Auditer et mettre à jour Google Analytics 4 (GA4) et le suivi des événements via Google Tag Manager (GTM) pour assurer une collecte de données fiable, un flux de données propre, le suivi des conversions, une attribution précise et un reporting cohérent.
  • Créer et gérer des rapports et tableaux de bord (Looker Studio, Excel) pour analyser la performance des campagnes et du site web.

SEO et croissance organique

  • Identifier et soutenir les opportunités d’améliorer la visibilité et le trafic organique de Techo-Bloc.
  • En collaboration avec les agences, réaliser des audits techniques SEO et mettre en œuvre les correctifs nécessaires (exploration, indexation, balisage schema, etc.).
  • Suivre la performance organique via des outils comme Google Search Console, SEMrush ou Ahrefs .

Optimisation du site web et de la conversion

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe e-commerce pour identifier des optimisations du site web visant à améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et augmenter les conversions.
  • Appuyer les tests A/B et l’optimisation des performances des pages d’atterrissage.

Collaboration transversale et soutien

  • Servir de référence en marketing numérique au sein de l’organisation afin d’éclairer les stratégies globales.
  • Collaborer avec diverses équipes internes (ventes, création, événements, etc.) pour développer des campagnes marketing intégrées alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires et les besoins des clients.

Qualifications

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for building and executing high-performing digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.   • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital landscape, and recommend actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support 

  • Serve as a digital subject matter expert across the organization to inform broader strategies. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Creative, Events, etc. to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer needs. 
  • Collaborate on campaign briefs to define tracking, goals, and reporting benchmarks. 
Qualifications

The Opportunity: As a Product Project Expert, you’ll work closely with business users to understand and analyze their needs related to current and future systems, products, and processes. In collaboration with end users and the development team, you’ll recommend and implement solutions, while also providing user training and ongoing support.

In addition, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for managing corporate strategic projects, ensuring their successful delivery in alignment with PMO methodology and compliance standards. This role focuses on process improvement, problem-solving, and project management, requiring strong organizational skills, time management, and confidence in leading cross-functional teams. With a customer-centric approach, you’ll apply Design Thinking, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance both the user experience and business outcomes.Key Accountabilities: Project Coordination – 70%
  • Support the entire lifecycle of specific projects, ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities.
  • Develop, manage and control project schedules by updating and communicating timelines with the working team.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks, manage/mitigate risks in the project escalating issues if and when necessary.
  • Leveraging ‘Stage-Gate’ approach to projects where applicable.
  • Schedule meetings with internal groups and external vendors as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings, document the minutes of the discussion, communicate in a timely manner, and follow up on actions for completeness prior to the next meeting.
  • Assist in establishing a Project Charter for the specified project, defining the project's goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Document project requirements and scope, project resources, and monitor the efforts of project team members.
  • Efficient delivery of project deliverables, effective quality control, clear communication of expectations to stakeholders and upward reporting to senior management.
  • Conduct project postmortems to identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings.
  • Closely monitor the efforts and billing of third-party workers such as consultants, contractors, and other specialists.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk analyses, and ROI calculations to determine project feasibility.
  • Promote and use the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) for relevant projects.
  • Perform other duties as required
Product Solutions Development (30% of weekly time)
  • Conduct interviews with business users to understand their situation and potential needs
  • Analyze user feedback to define the problem that needs to be solved
  • Create ideas to solve the identified problems and solicit user feedback on potential solutions
  • Based on user feedback create solutions that can be tested with the end user until a user and business approved solution is created
  • Act as the primary contact between business end users and product developers
  • Investigate IT errors in consultation with programmers to test modifications and develop solutions prior to moving to production
  • Partner with IT peers and team to provide training and assistance to business users including helping them understand the who, what, where, why, how and when functions and/or systems are not performing as expected
  • Coordinate with project managers and change management teams on a variety of corporate projects that require IT solutions
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for new system or product implementations
  • Provide application support for business end users (including TMW)
Continuous innovation and skill development Continuous learning by self-training and increasing the digital analytics IQ enhancements for the organization in the following areas:
  • Process Mining/ Process Mapping
  • Project management
  • Change management.
  • SQL & Data Management
  • Process Standardization
  • Six Sigma Practices
  • Perform other duties as required
What You Need To Be Successful In This Role:
  • University or Community College education in Tech relevant major
  • 1-2 years of related experience (including experience in an analytical or process-oriented position, or experience in a technical helpdesk position)
  • ERP implementation experience is an asset
  • SQL database querying and configuration is an asset
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Disciplined Agile Scrum Certification may be advantageous
  • Transportation experience / knowledge or a strong interest in network / capacity optimization may be beneficial.
  • Scrum master experience may be advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in-depth knowledge of Excel required.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet required.

  • Time management skills: ability to prioritize and comfortable handling competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and learning skills
  • Able to be resourceful and seek out answers via learning forums and Google
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the potential interest to prepare and deliver presentations
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to translate client requirements or Use cases to actual working solutions
