Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead corporate tax compliance and manage relationships with external accounting and audit firms.

Banking & Treasury
  • Manage all banking relationships, including cash management, credit facilities, and treasury operations.

  • Ensure optimal liquidity while supporting strategic capital investment decisions.



What You Bring
  • CPA designation.

  • 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, chemicals, or multi-entity environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to move beyond transactional work to deliver strategic financial leadership.

  • Proven ability to lead systems implementation, process improvement, and financial transformation.

  • Strong understanding of Canadian, U.S., and EU accounting standards, tax regulations, and cross-border financial reporting.

  • Experience supporting sales, operations, or R&D is a strong asset.

Oxford Learning Ocean Park is looking for an upbeat, reliable, enthusiastic, dynamic part-time High School Math Teacher who wants to work in a rewarding teaching environment. Candidates must possess a strong background in Math and must be comfortable teaching students in Grades 11–12 at all levels. Upbeat math instructors must be comfortable teaching advanced functions, calculus and data management.

We are currently seeking part-time teacher-tutors for a role in our learning centre. This position is perfect for anyone who loves working with students, enjoys numbers and equations, and is passionate about helping others build their skills in these areas.

Tutor-teachers at Oxford Learning do not have to lesson plan before class, as all lessons are pre-planned. Applicants will be fully trained in our proprietary philosophy and methods.

Position Requirements

All Teacher-Tutors at Oxford Learning work during after-school and evening hours (3:00pm - 7:00pm) as well as some Saturdays (10:00am - 3:00pm). A commitment until the end of the term in June is preferred. Continuing through summer is even better. Your students will love working with you, and being reliable is a must.

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. Relocation packages are not available. This is not an online position. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 math curriculum, particularly senior math and including, but not limited to, advanced functions, algebra, trigonometry and calculus, and vectors.

Experience :

  • Some experience teaching/tutoring math at a Grade 11 to 12 (or equivalent) level

  • Ability to multitask and balance working with up to three students at a time

Responsibilities (Position Details)

You will work directly with students as an Interactive Coach with the following responsibilities:

  • Following the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes
  • Completing daily student communication updates

Job Summary:
The Site Superintendent is responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day field operations to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Superintendent, a recognized expert in the organization, implements the project plan and schedule, ensures safety and quality control, and delegates work to field staff, contractors, and tradespeople.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection on the project. Applies the requirements of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to promote overall compliance with HS&E standards, applicable OH&S acts, regulations, and codes with all employees and subcontractors on the project.
• Ensures project materials are supplied and work is completed in compliance with the Project Quality Program
• Ensures that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes and that quality standards are maintained
• Develops, maintains, and drives the construction schedule in conjunction with the project team; ensures project milestones and completion dates are met

Qualifications:
• 5-10+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent or similar direct supervisory role on commercial or residential construction projects
• Combination of work experience and/or technical training in an industry-related trade certification/education program
• Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental protection practices and procedures as they apply to common construction processes
• Solid understanding of current construction practices; strong working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and project management
• Proven ability to guide safe work practices in a high-pressure environment while maintaining project quality, schedule, and budget
• Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook, familiar with scheduling software

Analyst leads take on a variety of problems ranging from shaping critical business decisions to deep dive analysis and identifying investment opportunities. We're looking for a passionate, driven Analytics Lead to take on some of the most interesting and impactful problems in ridesharing.
We are looking for an analyst to join the Strategic Planning and P&L management team within the Rideshare Central Management organization.This individual will work on key initiatives for Lyft's Rideshare business and work closely with Data Scientist and Analysts in the team to shape Lyft's future investment strategies.
The P&L management team sits within the Central Market Management organization and reports through the Head of Rideshare. Our team is heavily cross-functional as we are at the intersection between Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Operations. You'll own workstreams, analyses, modeling, strategy, and business metrics. We are looking for analytical talent to provide insights and actionable recommendations that will drive impact.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leveraging analytics (SQL) and data science to analyze business problems
+ Working closely with investment lever teams to recommended strategies in quarter investments
+ Data manipulation and business metrics reporting
+ Partner with Data Scientist and Engineers to improve models and processes
+ Present findings, recommendations, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
+ This is an independent contributor role
**Experience:**
+ Experience in leading high visibility projects and influencing others in a cross-functional team environment
+ Experience in communicating with and presenting to senior leaders and data storytelling
+ 3+ years experience in management consulting, investment firms, strategic data science/analytics roles in a technology company, or an equivalent analytical role in a high growth startup
+ Uses SQL in current role; high familiarity
+ Experience in strategic investment, prioritizing against different projects, and leading teams in deep dive analysis, business metrics, and implementation
+ Ability to independently break down large datasets and synthesize inputs from multiple sources
+ Ability to craft a compelling story and concisely present recommendations across teams and levels including both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Ability to influence, negotiate, and inspire others in a fast-moving environment
+ Excellent organization, planning skills, and attention to detail
+ Ability to use data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and reusable frameworks
+ Strong financial knowledge and understanding of profit and loss
+ Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
+ Proficiency in Spreadsheet and SQL; Python a plus

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $102,000 - CAD $127,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
