**Compensation**
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $64,000/Year. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
+ Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
+ Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
+ Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
+ Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
**Skills/Qualifications**
Required
+ Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
+ Possess a valid driver's license in good standing
Preferred
+ Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
+ A business or otherwise related academic major
+ A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
