Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer le processus complet de recrutement pour divers types de postes, de la prise de besoin à la signature de l’offre.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires d’embauche et les parties prenantes du client pour comprendre les besoins en recrutement et y répondre efficacement.
  • Garantir une expérience positive pour les candidats et les clients tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • S’assurer que les processus de recrutement respectent les attentes du client et les meilleures pratiques du secteur.
  • Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les activités de recrutement et la performance de l’équipe.
  • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques en matière de sourcing, d’engagement des candidats et de recrutement inclusif.

Profil recherché


  • Expérience avérée en gestion et développement d’équipes de recrutement (idéalement 2 personnes ou plus).

Job Summary
In this role, you will support daily operations, including troubleshooting, increasing operational effectiveness and efficiency of production unit. Be responsible to ensure the plant provides maximum unit availability in a safe and economical manner by providing support to plant personnel using available resources, by interfacing/coordinating with Supply Chain and S4H data owner and by helping to identify employee development opportunities and participating in operator training/certifications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Enforce and maintain all safety rules and regulations
  • Make daily rounds to observe production operations and identify any hazards or issues
  • Supervise production employees and enforce company policies
  • Prepare and release process orders in accordance with the schedule in S4H
  • Complete PI sheets & TECO process orders
  • Maintain SharePoint reports – uptime/downtime, scrap reason codes
  • Prepare weekly manpower schedule including OT requirements for shift coverage (while on day shift)
  • Evaluate raw material availability and proactively address potential shortages
  • Look for productivity and TCO opportunities to improve the site profitability
  • Leverage continuous improvement tools to eliminate loss, optimize processes, and improve reliability
  • Manage the department’s materials, machinery, and labor to meet run rate targets
  • Assess job performance and provide open feedback
  • Complete granulation process orders and consume WIP use
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 3-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain environments 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (creating formulas, charts, and basic data analysis) 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various teams. 
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly. 
  • Basic understanding of production processes and scheduling concepts 
Ideal Qualifications 
  • 5-8 years of experience as an operator in polycarbonate extrusion manufacturing 
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, or related field 
  • Experience with SAP and APO planning modules 
  • Knowledge of make-to-order manufacturing environments. 
  • Demonstrated success in improving production efficiency. 
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory management. 
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement.

**What you need to be successful?**
+ Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline, Journeyman machinist, Mechanical Technician, or an equivalent combination of similar relevant education and experience

**What your day to day will look like?**
As part of the Plant 41 multidisciplinary team, the Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for processing parts through the manufacturing line utilizing multi-skilling abilities in a 24-7 environment, 12 hour shift environment. The selected candidate must be able to work all shift hours, including night shift.
The operator will be expected to perform multiple tasks throughout the line and must be fully aware of export control requirements and adhere to expectations.
Specifically, you will:
+ Work within a highly specialized team to establish and achieve high expectations, goals and daily targets.
+ Maintain an engaged attitude.
+ Manage multiple tasks at various levels of completion, using the best use of time and resources to complete work.
+ Use specialized equipment, related software and systems such as, but not limited to, robotics, machine logic, tooling, Human - Machine Interface (HMI), and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) milling, part marking and ATTI.
+ Set up, monitor and troubleshoot automated manufacturing center equipment.
+ Facilitate continuous improvement by using tools such as Kaizen events and CORE Operating System.
+ Keep current with job requirements, products, computer technology (e.g. MS Office products), and company policies.
+ Actively participate in the development of processes and standard work documents that will create a productive, self-sustaining cell that operates at the highest CORE level.
+ Be actively involved in maintaining training documentation (OJT's , Standard Work) and leading area training as required.
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks (TPM walk arounds) and assist maintenance with PM activities.
+ Work with the various Plant 41 support areas to ensure cell success and compliance
+ Support EH&S initiatives and actively participate in incident investigations, tier 1 audits and WAA

**What your day to day will look like?**
As part of the Plant 41 multidisciplinary team, the Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for processing parts through the manufacturing line utilizing multi-skilling abilities in a 24-7 environment, 12 hour shift environment. The selected candidate must be able to work all shift hours, including night shift.
The operator will be expected to perform multiple tasks throughout the line and must be fully aware of export control requirements and adhere to expectations.
Specifically, you will:
+ Work within a highly specialized team to establish and achieve high expectations, goals and daily targets.
+ Maintain an engaged attitude.
+ Manage multiple tasks at various levels of completion, using the best use of time and resources to complete work.
+ Use specialized equipment, related software and systems such as, but not limited to, robotics, machine logic, tooling, Human - Machine Interface (HMI), and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) grinding, milling, part marking and ATTI.
+ Set up, monitor and troubleshoot automated manufacturing center equipment.
+ Facilitate continuous improvement by using tools such as Kaizen events and CORE Operating System.
+ Keep current with job requirements, products, computer technology (e.g. MS Office products), and company policies.
+ Actively participate in the development of processes and standard work documents that will create a productive, self-sustaining cell that operates at the highest CORE level.
+ Be actively involved in maintaining training documentation (OJT's , Standard Work) and leading area training as required.
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks (TPM walk arounds) and assist maintenance with PM activities.
+ Work with the various Plant 41 support areas to ensure cell success and compliance
+ Support EH&S initiatives and actively participate in incident investigations, tier 1 audits and WAA
+ Report and present on Manufacturing Line.

Support Manufacturing Initiatives across Central Kitchens
Responsible for developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
Deliver against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure a quality service approach to all employees, customers and suppliers.
Direct Initiatives
Responsible for the process design, operation and implementation of new and existing plant equipment.
Involved in researching and making recommendations on equipment for process improvement.
Improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
Assess, report on, promote and carry out process improvements initiatives. This includes analyzing data, conducting risk assessments and monitoring processes to collect data and make recommendations.
Support the implementation and ramp up of all new products, including production ramp up, and Standard Operating Procedures with the Commissary teams, representing the production and food experience teams.
Identify industry best practices and how they could be incorporated into Sobeys central kitchen business model.
Support the Central Kitchens in achieving their financial targets, continuously look to improve efficiency, reduce labour costs and improve capacity.
Key support in launching new products in Central Kitchens. Aligning equipment, process, labour and product to achieve the best possible product outcome on spec and on budget.
Manage project specific budgets, costs, and deliverables.
Liaise with service providers, technicians and equipment manufacturers for support on commissioning, repairs and upgrades.
Food Safety requirements
Responsible to support implementation and ongoing compliance to all food safety programs, quality programs, plant sanitation and regulatory requirements for the facility
Support in maintaining site certification to a GFSI or other approved food safety standards.
