Principal Roles and Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead manage all elements of our digital growth strategy. Specific responsibilities include:
- Together with the Senior Manager, Communications, develop a
digital marketing strategy to expand our online community,increase engagement
and share our resources, services and programs across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Be the primary lead for implementation, monitoring and reporting for this strategy.
- Develop and implement a strategy to expand our use of Google Ads to run campaigns that bolster visits to website, highlighted programs, and more
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, impressions, and click-throughs as well as applicants to programs and services and new community members (staff team, partners, etc).
- Build ourbrand presence and ensure consistency across digital channels.
- Plan, produce, and publish frequent multi-media content including video, photo, graphics, blog posts, reels, stories, and newsletters.
- Work closely with the support and educational teams to highlight success stories, supporter impact, and program milestones.
- Manageour content calendar to align with program recruitment, events, and profile
as well as fundraising initiatives.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media and website analytics, including at least 2 years in a role focused on campaign performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
- Understanding of analytics tools, social media and website insights platforms, and data visualization software.
- Proficiency in using data to inform digital strategies is a requirement.
- Expertise in social media and website promotion and optimization, audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting methodologies.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as: Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is also necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring data insights align with broader social media and company objectives.
