Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Marketing Operations Manager takes ownership of our global marketing systems, processes, and performance infrastructure. This role is critical to scaling the impact of our marketing and ecommerce teams, driving operational excellence, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
This individual contributor role will report into the Revenue Operations organization and partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops peers across the globe, reporting to our Ottawa, Ontario office in a hybrid work environment (3 days in office).
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
Marketing Technology & Campaign Operations
- Own day-to-day operations within HubSpot, including workflows, campaign setups, and system hygiene
- Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot, Salesloft, and Salesforce
- Lead the setup and execution of email campaigns, nurture tracks, and automation workflows
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues like sync errors and lead assignment failures
- Oversee lead scoring models and ensure appropriate routing of leads, accounts, and intent signals
Performance Reporting & Optimization
- Deliver campaign and funnel performance reporting to marketing and ecommerce stakeholders
- Identify insights from data and recommend operational improvements
- Collaborate on attribution modeling and contribute to measurement strategies for pipeline and revenue impact
Governance, Compliance, and Security
- Ensure GDPR compliance and support data subject requests
- Partner with IT and security teams to maintain secure and compliant systems
- Regularly manage user permissions and access across tools
- Review and maintain integration integrity, including updates to private keys and APIs
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing operations across marketing and ecommerce teams
- Collaborate with sales, sales operations, and RevOps stakeholders to ensure seamless GTM execution
- Support the continuous improvement of processes that impact marketing’s effectiveness and alignment with sales
Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications and/or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or ecommerce environment. 5+ years of expereince in strongly preferred along with relevant industry experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot is essential (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesloft.
- Experience managing lead scoring, campaign execution, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global team environment and manage multiple projects with autonomy.

+ Lifecycle & Workflow Optimization: Possess advanced insight into lead and account lifecycles, providing adept operational oversight to streamline workflows, optimize data, and foster scalability and efficiency across the entire customer journey.
+ Data Integrity & Governance: Establish and enforce ethical marketing system standards and procedures, emphasizing compliance and data privacy. **Compensation Statement**
The annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $100,000 and $130,000 CAD/year. This range represents the annual base salary. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate's work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
