**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Draft legal documents including corporate resolutions, officer certificates, Powers of Attorney and transactional and other corporate documents
+ Provide corporate support including incorporations and dissolutions, amendments, registrations and withdrawals
+ Complete annual returns
+ Provide administrative support for our intellectual property portfolio
