Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to lead commercial and residential business growth initiatives in the Fort McMurray region. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling

Position Description
This is a hybrid role based in our Toronto office, with an expectation of working in person three days per week.
Boosted.ai is looking for a highly motivated, results oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team. As a member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be generating and qualifying leads for new business through a series of outbound, inbound, and strategic channel development initiatives. BDR will introduce those qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings for Boosted.ai's Sales Account Executives.
The successful candidate will be required to identify, research, and originate new revenue opportunities, triage new inbound activity, and generate sales qualified leads. They will be responsible for conducting initial meetings with Financial Services Executives and Portfolio Managers to understand their investment process, technology needs, goals and to drive new business towards the achievement of their weekly/monthly/quarterly quotas for sales qualified opportunities.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
