Job Duties:

• Supervise and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.

CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Required for:
Various projects (townhomes, mid and high-rises) including underground garage and related exterior works in GTA and surrounding areas.
Must have several years-experience as the primary site superintendent on a construction site and all required safety training. ONLY EXPERIENCE CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENTS NEED APPLY. ALL OTHER APPLICATIONS WILL BE DISCARDED.
General Duties Include:
• Responsible for all operations of construction site (including B19 regulations)
• Manage all aspects pertaining to site development, coordination and construction of the designated project
• Coordinate scheduling of consultants, trades, utilities, building inspectors from the foundation stage to occupancy to registration
• Schedule contractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion
• Managing all trades on site / coordinate with Consultants as required

The role reports to the Supervisor, Early Years. You will be working in program, as part of a team providing a positive learning environment that supports childrens emotional, social, cognitive and physical growth and development. This position is a unionized, part-time, temporary position. The rate of pay is $22.51 per hour, and varies from $5.21 - 28.21 based on eligible wage top-ups available. The contract is to cover a maternity leave and will start on September 15, 2025, and will go until March 22, 2027. This position is 32.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, plan, promote, implement and evaluate day to day operations of the programs with the support of the Supervisor Early Years and other staff.
2. Accept program registrations, provide program information and orientation for families requiring care and maintain secured child files.
3. Be knowledgeable about and comply with all Ministry of Education, Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 legislated/licensing requirements and ensure licensing requirements are abided to at all times

Site Supervisor
Supervises and leads assigned crew in reconstruction work, within the time estimated to meet KPI’s and manage budget expectations for profitability of all projects.
· Engage and assist the production team in completing the rebuild. It is imperative that the Supervisor possess exceptional drywall boarding and taping, painting and general carpentry skills.
· Responsible for the efficient use of labour, machines, and materials by their crew, and will report on such things as job site safety, costs and change orders.
· Follows the scope of work outlined in the production package by closely monitoring the quality of work being done on the site.
Ensure work is carried out while maintaining a clean job site without deficiencies.

· Electronic Technology Tools: uses cell phone or other electronic devices and mobile apps to label and upload photos, capture and create panoramic photo tours using Docusketch, and upload and other important documentation as required.

· Promptly reports any accidents or near accidents using the formal report forms provided.
· Reports time accurately on labour sheets for team members.
· Responsible for providing a company purchase order number when ordering material, sub-trade labour, equipment rentals, and other approved expenses.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in oil and gas
