Huntsville Dodge is looking for a team oriented, hardworking Service Advisor to join their dynamic team!

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

● Greet customers promptly on the phone or in the dealership.

● Identify, recommend and document service maintenance and repairs for customers.

● Provide repair recommendations and write up repair orders.

● Provide accurate cost estimates, explaining the nature of the repairs needed.

● Manage customers’ expectations throughout the day and provide regular status updates.

● Schedule service appointments.

● Prepare accurate invoices and re-delivery.

● Verify warranty coverage for repairs including base, powertrain and extended

warranties. Ensure all necessary documentation for warranty submission is with the

repair order.

● Arrange customer transportation via shuttle as needed.

● Maintain current required manufacturer training.

● Provide an extraordinary experience for all customers while working in a

fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

● Perform other service-related duties as required by management.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

● You are organized and detail-oriented and enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere and have the

ability to work retail hours including Saturdays as scheduled.

● You have a valid G2 or G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.

● You are fluent with computer systems. Experience with PBS or similar automotive system is an

asset.

● The ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles is helpful.

● Professional, friendly and customer-oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling

capabilities

● Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

● Proven customer service skills are prerequisites to promote the department and help

drive the retention, business development and customer service programs.

● Related automotive dealership experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
