As a key member of our team, the Porter helps keep the service department running smoothly and efficiently. The Porter is responsible for greeting our service customers, putting seat covers and floor mats on the vehicles and parking them for the technicians. Also manning the line up to ensure booked customers are assisted first and in a timely fashion.

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) drives customer loyalty through response to inbound customer calls and proactive outbound calls. The CSC coordinates the flow of information to and from the Service Department and follows up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
