**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative I (CSR I), you are responsible for assisting internal and external customers and sales representatives with order entry with professionalism, skill, and expediency.
**Essential Functions**

**Administrative:**
+ Accurately process and ensure accuracy of customer transactions in order entry system such as orders, quotes, returns, etc.
+ Maintain accurate customer and territory records, facility records, and document all customer interaction.
+ Generation of reports
+ Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
+ Accurately maintain and ensure regulatory guidelines are met according to Company, State, and Federal policies.
+ Gain understanding of and adhere to Accounts Receivables policies and practices.
+ Verify price and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer profitability profiles.
+ Multitask and work within multiple computer systems and communication platforms simultaneously.
+ Maintain a current knowledge of company products, policies and procedures
**Customer Support:**
+ Develop strong working relationships across the business/functions, as well as with customers and manufacturing partners.
+ Provide impeccable customer service and sales support; respond to customer queries, answer questions and solve problems in a timely fashion.
+ Communicate any pertinent information received from customers to the outside sales representative or appropriate management.
+ Identify customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and/or solutions.
+ The Customer Service Representative may perform other duties as assigned.
**Additional Functions**
+ May also place outbound calls to existing customers to identify and suggest additional products and increase sales and services.

+ High School Degree or equivalent
+ Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
+ Accuracy and strong attention to detail
+ Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Proficiency in SAP or related ERP

**Environmental Factors**
This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building's primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.
**Travel and On-Call**
This position provides the opportunity for minimal travel (10%) in a local area for a sales ride-along or training opportunity.

The Big Task

As Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher you will be responsible for answering calls and emails and will be the first point of contact for customers. You will effectively communicate between customers and service technicians to schedule work orders in a timely manner. Additionally, you will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments  

What You’ll Do 
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients
  • Generating leads
  • Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to
  • Performing all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative , you'll:

  • Support customer requests to update contact information or communication preferences

  • Assist customers with information pertaining to their vehicle (campaigns, recalls, parts, accessories, connected technologies, electrification)

  • Assist customers with website navigation

  • Recall and campaign related inquiries or complaints

  • Requests for reimbursement for various expenses

  • Roadside assistance concerns

  • Support for customer inquiries regarding repair procedures at authorized dealership

  • Warranty related inquiries and complaints

  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Automotive Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Experience in a customer service, contact center or concierge service environment

  • 6 months customer service experience

  • Required High School Diploma

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Strong Windows/PC; must be able to toggle between various applications and websites

  • Have previous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) and/or automotive industry experience (contact center, dealership). (preferred)
