+ Be a product and application expert for Milwaukee's breadth of line in Cordless, Hand Tools, Accessories, PPE, and Corded products
+ Know your competition and their weaknesses
+ Understand major projects within your designated territory
+ Operate within the established budget guidelines
+ Prepare and present monthly recaps and product forecasts for any large scale opportunities
**What You Will Bring**
+ Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
+ 2-3 years sales and sales leadership experience or equivalent
+ Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
+ Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy
+ A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment 
+ Driven by results and continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail 
+ Someone with a passion for excellence and executes tasks with the highest degree of integrity and accountability 
+ Collaborate with teams and have excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
