- You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
- You will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects

About the Role:
As theShift Lead at Friendlier, you will report to the Operations Lead, and be part of building our new Vancouver facility. The Shift Lead is responsible for supporting, training and overseeing daily operations with the Dishwash Operators to ensure the daily operations run smoothly. Ensuring targets, employee performance, accuracy and efficiency of the operations workflow are met. Maintaining an organized and safe environment throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the dishwash team to ensure targets and work flow are met.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities for efficient workflow.
- Assist with training, coaching, and support to improve team performance.
- Lead by example, arrive early to prepare for shift start.
- Conduct preshift meetings & stretches.
- Ensure time and attendance, punctuality and the break time process is followed.
- Prepare shift reports for inventory, equipment, incidents, and concerns.
- Communicate shift targets and productivity goals.
- Shadow the Operations Lead.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area, ensuring SOPs and 5S is completed daily.
- Monitor dishwashing process for quality and efficiency.
- Support all areas; Intake, scan, 2nd scan, wash, dry, sort, and package returned products.
- JHSC Member, ensure compliance with safety protocols and First Aid.
- Attend Training and Development Workshops.

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Position Summary:
As a Licensed Lead Maintenance Technician you are responsible for contributing to the company's operational performance through maintenance program compliance and work order management including reactive, corrective, and preventative maintenance for all technical and non-technical components.
Primary Responsibilities:
Overall

- Schedule and supervise major equipment repairs, overhauls, and rebuilding to ensure that it is fully operational and safe to operate and within schedule requirements.
- Ensure staff are well trained in health and safety standards and proper environmental practices within the plant and the Maintenance Department
- Be the embodiment and example of ADAPTABILITY and composure in times of volatility, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
- Provide support to the team across all weekdays and shifts as needed in instances of vacation, and other instances.
- Be the first adopter of new Maintenance strategies and initiatives encouraging participation and adoption amongst the Team.

- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering
- Required: 442A Industrial Electrician license OR 433 Industrial Mechanic Millwright OR 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician (Must have commercial/ industrial-level experience)
- Preferred: A combination of 433A Millwright license and either 442A or 309A license (Must have commercial/ industrial-level experience)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Lead Maintenance technician with Team leadership experience.
- Working experience with equipment such as vertical wrappers, horizontal wrappers, robotics pick and place, tunnel oven is an asset.
- Knowledge of PLC, robotics, HMIs, and controls (Allen Bradley) preferred.

OVERVIEW
The Part Time Shift Leader (PTSL) plays an important role in driving sales for the organization. Shift Leader will meet personal selling goals and will coach and motivate associates to achieve their own goals as well. The Shift Leader ensures customers have a consistent; quality experience while supporting management in meeting Company expectations and initiatives. The Shift Leader will ensure store standards, which include but are not limited to visual presentation, merchandising and back of house operations, as per Company direction.
The Shift Leader must have flexible availability which includes the ability to work during peak and non-peak times, weekends, and holidays. This allows the Shift Leader to open or close the store as well as provide coverage during peak times to cover breaks, meetings and other times as determined by the Store Manager (SM) or Assistant Manager (ASM). The Shift Leader helps set the pace on the sales floor and models desired selling behaviors at all times.
