Als Schichtleitung führst du routinemäßig Teammeetings durch und führst Feedbackgespräche mit deinen Mitarbeitenden und deinen Stakeholdern. Mit Hilfe von Datenauswertungen nimmst Du Einfluss auf die Produktivität und die Qualität deines Standortes. Als wichtiges Mitglied des Teams vor Ort arbeitest Du mit anderen Abteilungen, sowie externen Stakeholdern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass wir die Anforderungen unserer Kundschaft, ebenso wie unsere eigenen Vorgaben jederzeit erfüllen. Die "Last-Mile-Logistik" liefert unsere Pakete in Partnerschaft mit Drittanbietern und realisiert zahlreiche Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, um Millionen von Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.
Unser Ziel ist es, das Liefererlebnis für unsere Kund:innen so reibungslos wie möglich zu machen und globale Lieferlösungen für unsere neuesten Angebote einzuführen, darunter Amazon Fresh, Prime Now und Amazon Restaurants.
Unsere Arbeit lässt sich in zwei Sparten unterteilen. "Under the Roof" betrifft alles was innerhalb unserer Logistikstandorte passiert und "On the Road" alles was in den Liefergebieten auf der Straße stattfindet. Basic Qualifications
- Erfolgreich absolviertes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor- oder Master) vor Arbeitsbeginn

- Relevante Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Datenanalysen
Preferred Qualifications
