About the Role

Tahini’s is one of Canada’s fastest-growing restaurant brands - and we’re looking for a supply chain leader who can keep up.

As we expand nationally, you’ll build the systems, partnerships, and processes that fuel every franchisee’s success. This is your chance to own and scale the supply chain function at the corporate level, with real impact on vendor strategy, franchisee profitability, and operational excellence across the network.

Please Note: This is an in-office role based in London, Ontario.

Only local candidates or those willing to commute daily will be considered.

This is not a remote or hybrid position.

The Ideal Candidate

You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. You know how to negotiate with vendors, analyze food cost data in Excel, and support franchisees so operations run like clockwork. You’ve spent years in the trenches of restaurant or foodservice supply chains - and now you’re ready to take ownership, build structure, and scale a national operation.

What You’ll Do

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Manage relationships with food, packaging, and equipment suppliers across regions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates that support both franchisor and franchisee success.

Data Analysis & Food Cost Management

  • Analyze purchasing and sales data to manage and reduce food costs.
  • Track key performance metrics like food cost variance and purchasing trends.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and forecasts using Excel or similar tools — not just run templates

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Forecast demand based on sales trends to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate product rollouts, menu updates, and seasonal promotions with vendors.
  • Troubleshoot distribution challenges and ensure uninterrupted store operations.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Optimize ordering systems, vendor databases, and inventory tools.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance visibility and reduce friction.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice supply chain .
  • Strong knowledge of food cost management , procurement, and logistics.
  • Advanced Excel/data skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, analytics).
  • Experience working with franchisees or multi-unit restaurant operations .

  • Must be based in London, Ontario and available to work on-site full-time .

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with supply chain or restaurant systems.
  • Experience with product rollouts or supply planning for new stores.
  • Understanding of franchising models and compliance.

Why Work at Tahini’s

We’re a rapidly growing Canadian restaurant brand with a reputation for strong brand identity, operational excellence, and franchisee support.
