Who we need

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, we are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee the movement of materials in and out of our Brampton facility. You will manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with food safety and quality standards. You will lead a team of six across two shifts, coordinating schedules, coaching team members, and supporting a smooth flow of operations from dock to production.

This is a salaried, on-site position working Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with paid overtime and one Saturday per month as needed.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead daily warehouse operations. You will oversee the day-to-day flow of materials - from receiving and shipping to transfers and dock activities - ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in every process. You will supervise a team of six across two shifts (days and afternoons), fostering alignment and clear communication between teams.

Essential Functions of this role:

Shipper and Receiving staff will start their career at our Headquarters near Hamilton, Ontario. As a customer-focused technical product expert, the successful candidate will complete 100 or more shipments per day by coordinating the processing and loading of orders.
