**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Site Supervisor at our Stouffville Plant, one of Amrize's largest sand and gravel aggregate operations in Eastern Canada, you'll be at the forefront of our mining, production, and maintenance activities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

2. Provides lead direction at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s); acts to ensure that post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
3. May counsel and discipline personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents counseling and disciplinary actions.
4. Assists in the training of Security Guards and review of post orders.
5. Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
6. In conjunction with company management or designated company representatives acts to ensure adequate security coverage of all posts.
7. Prepares, files and submits various reports as required.
8. Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities. 9. Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
10. As assigned, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with provincial and federal laws, carries out lead or supervisory duties that can include some or all of the following: interviewing, orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and, making hiring and termination recommendations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in the Canada.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English and French in the province of Quebec.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including background investigation.
Education/Experience:
H.S. diploma or G.E.D., and 1 year of security-related training or experience sufficient to meet the requirements of the assigned site, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as determined by the company.

Various projects (townhomes, mid and high-rises) including underground garage and related exterior works in GTA and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
- Working closely with the project management team to coordinate and lead the daily field operations in terms of scheduling the work of trades, materials, and deliveries, to ensure the project is remaining on schedule and on budget at all times.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment to meet and exceed the requirements outlined in the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, Health and Safety program.
- Review/implement and collect updated drawings and details, to ensure the project is being built to the latest set of plans and specifications at all times.
- Maintain daily reports via Procore to ensure the project team, including the clients and consultants are updated on a daily basis.
- Some miscellaneous carpentry work, site organization, and general clean-up may be required, depending on the size and scope of each individual project.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Relative work experience as a site superintendent in ground up and tenant fit-out commercial/retail/hospitality construction, including but not limited to retail, automotive retail, fitness, restaurants, and hotels. Multi-unit residential experience is not mandatory, but a benefit if applicable.
- A post secondary education is a plus, but not mandatory. Post-secondary trade school accreditation is also encouraged.
- A thorough understanding of the complete building process from the start to finish.
- The ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with all members of the project team, from project management and subcontractors, to clients and consultants.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus, but not a requirement.
- As a construction company that builds across Canada, travel may be required, depending on the project workload. The Site Superintendent will be expected to travel for work when required, with paid travel to and from the job site on a weekly basis, returning home every weekend.

R&F Construction Inc. – DKI is a disaster recovery, property restoration, renovation and construction company with over 50 years in business.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all construction activities that take place on the work site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency. Impeccable documentation and communication habits are a must for this position. The Site Supervisor will lead multi-person teams and is responsible for the successful completion of various restoration projects that are caused by fire, smoke, wind, water, mold, asbestos, etc. They will work in conjunction with property owners, adjusters, insurance companies, and/or property management companies and ensures that projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while bringing client properties back to their pre-disaster conditions.
Duties:
· Supervises and leads all members of the Production Team in completing emergency and reconstruction work, within the time estimated to meet KPI’s and manage budget expectations for profitability of all projects.
· Responsible for the efficient use of labour, machines, and materials by their crew, and will report on such things as workers, costs and safety.
· Follows the scope of work outlined in the production package by closely monitoring the quality of work being done on the site; tear outs, constructions, installations and clean ups with a minimum of deficiencies.
· Motivates and mentors skilled technicians, general labourers and other less experienced team members to be part of a cohesive and productive team.
· Monitor, collaborate and coordinate activities with the customer, sub-contractors, consultants and other approving authority.
· Ensure materials, fellow construction team, and sub-trades arrive on time to the site.
· Assist with monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sub-trade contractors by communicating with the production and estimating teams ensuring the contract is being followed.
· Takes an active role in assisting to improve procedures and processes at the department level and assist with implementing new ones when necessary.
· Support Production Department by communicating any and all work, services or goods, relating to claims and jobs that are ready to be added or removed from company-wide schedule.
· Ensure that customers sign off on work authorizations, change orders, certificate of completions, and all other general paperwork is passed onto PM’s and PMA’s in a timely and organized manner.
· May address questions and concerns from property owner and relay promptly to proper department personnel when necessary.
- Electronic Technology Tools: uses cell phone or other electronic devices and mobile apps to; label and upload photos, capture and create panoramic photo tours using Docusketch, and upload other important documentation as required, and ensure it is accessible in DRS.
· Promptly reports any accidents or near accidents using the formal report forms provided.
· Reports time accurately on labour sheets for team members.
· Responsible for providing a company purchase order number when ordering material, sub-trade labour, equipment rentals, and other approved expenses.
· Make sure all vendors or suppliers packing slips have the proper job name, number and company purchase order number on receipts for accurate job costing.
· Plan and organize Vacation Time and Time-Off Requests for employees in accordance with company policy and communicating with Human Resources, Production and Scheduling Departments.
· Emergency: mitigate damages; assist emergency team with placing equipment, extracting under water, cutting drywall, demolishing; building, homes, rooms, and other structures as directed or other duties as assigned.
· Completes emergency tear outs in accordance with the insurance carrier guidelines in a safe manner, takes proper moisture readings, document readings, take pictures of damaged areas, locates and marks on floor plan all damages to all areas, as well as contents.
· Set up drying equipment and install proper containment from unaffected areas and contents.
· Rebuild: engage and assist in de-constructing, repairing, cleaning, painting and decorating, walls, floors, ceilings and the like both inside and outside structures and buildings.
Experience
· Minimum of 3 years experience in a Site Supervisor position
· Knowledge of construction best practices.

Allied Universal is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations at a key client site in Chilliwack . This leadership role is responsible for managing a 208-hour-per-week schedule and ensuring all assigned staff maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and client service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support on-site security personnel to ensure high performance and compliance with AUS standards
- Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
- Act as the primary liaison between frontline staff, AUS management, and client representatives
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members
- Enforce site-specific safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Conduct incident investigations and complete detailed reports using Heliaus Device
- Monitor service quality and make improvements as needed
- Ensure smooth, effective daily operations and address any staffing or performance issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to produce clear and concise reports and understand rules, regulations, policies, and similar instructions.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience , preferably in the security field
- Valid BC Security Worker License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Heliaus or similar reporting/scheduling platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
