The Building Maintenance/Grooming Supervisor is responsible for undertaking maintenance general tasks for the building and offices, including cleaning, snow removal, and lawn mowing. Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of facilities while monitoring the security of the property. Assist the Montreal Base Coordinator in managing daily operations at the Montreal Station, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures in accordance with company policies. Plan and direct the activities of station employees under your supervision, assist in training new employees, and prepare various reports for management. Participate in the preparation of work schedules, maintain timesheets for janitors and maintenance personnel, and conduct work evaluations.
Perform daily maintenance of ground equipment and vehicles, scheduling inspections as required. Oversee various building systems, ensuring timely maintenance and inspections. Serve as the first responder for emergency calls related to building system failures. Liaise with vendors to schedule inspections and repairs for both the building and ground equipment. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required. This role demands a proactive approach to maintenance operations and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Participate in internal and external audits and follow up on the corrective actions.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a janitor and/or experience in a similar position.
• You are known for your punctuality and understand the importance of safety and the risks associated with working around aircraft.

• You have general computer knowledge.
• Be available to answer calls after working hours.
• You are bilingual (French-English). You have excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of drive-trains, diesel and gasoline engines. Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, metal fabrication and welding would be an asset. • You have a valid driver's license. Be able to drive various types of class 5 equipment and vehicles.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Build team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for thoroughly assessing and preparing all critical pre-construction project elements to ensure successful project execution. As the Director of Pre-Construction Management, you will lead the planning and preparation phase of construction projects, ensuring all critical elements are assessed and organized before construction begins. This includes clearly defining the build project scope, evaluating site conditions, negotiating Schedule C's, supporting with securing permits & estimating costs, and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
THE ROLE
As the Director, Pre-Construction Management you will lead the team to:
- Complete Site Analysis, assessing early site conditions to inform feasibility, design, & timelines.
- Develop Schedule Cs in partnership with Leasing to define pre-construction activities, responsibilities & critical milestones.
- Ensure permit compliance, supporting Architecture to ensure projects meet regulatory & building code requirements.
- Establish preliminary schedules and manage long lead time items to prevent delays.

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000-$250,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

We are currently seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee our framing crews during night operations. This role requires a proactive and safety-conscious leader with strong organizational skills and framing experience to ensure productivity, quality, and safety are upheld throughout the night shift.
Wage: $34-$38 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: 3:30PM- 12AM M-F

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly framing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Direct and support a crew of framers, labourers, and equipment operators
- Conduct nightly toolbox talks and enforce health & safety protocols in alignment with company standards
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met without compromising safety or workmanship
- Conduct quality checks and provide feedback or corrective action as needed
- Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition
- Communicate shift updates and incidents to the day shift supervisor and/or project manager
- Manage material deliveries and usage during night shift
- Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Comply with PPE requirements
- Complete nightly reports, time tracking, and safety documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in framing or carpentry; supervisory experience preferred

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OHS)
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry materials as required
