Responsibilities:
- Clean interior suites and possible areas around the site.
- Installing exterior air barriers and assisting Superintendents do daily tasks.
- Interior suites woodworking on windows frames and trims.
- Moving materials to the worksite and ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up.
- Assisting with various window removal and roofing demo procedures.
- Obeying health and safety codes, as well as the company's principles.

As a skilled labourer in our restoration team, you will play a critical role in bringing properties back to their pre-loss condition. This position requires a highly motivated and physically capable individual who is not afraid of hard work and can perform under challenging conditions. The role involves heavy lifting, working in various physical positions, and driving company vehicles, including during adverse weather conditions such as snow.
Responsibilities:

- Drive company vehicles to various job sites within and around Cranbrook, BC, including during snow and other adverse weather conditions.

Job DescriptionThe Skilled Labourer plays a crucial role in executing physical tasks and proficiently utilizing various tools at commercial construction projects. This position requires a strong emphasis on safety compliance, teamwork, and effective communication.
Qualifications- Proficient in the application of 3 or more construction crafts
- Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
- Concrete experience, including pouring, spreading, and finishing.
- Familiarity with workplace safety, including safe lifting and handling procedures.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Competence in operating required equipment safely.
- Effective communication with Superintendents, coworkers, and customers.
- Strong client service and public interaction skills.
- Excellent time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
- Proactive in staying updated with job knowledge.
- Respect for diversity and treating others with respect.
- Independence in completing daily tasks according to the work schedule.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances.

- Ability to communicate effectively, work individually, in a team and follow instructions
- Strong site safety awareness.
- Lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Up to 25 lbs.
- Have your own hard-hat, safety-vest, gloves & safety boots.

- Have access to own vehicle or reliable transportation.
- Has Fall Protection, First Aid and/or WHMIS.
