Job DescriptionThe Skilled Labourer plays a crucial role in executing physical tasks and proficiently utilizing various tools at commercial construction projects. This position requires a strong emphasis on safety compliance, teamwork, and effective communication.
Qualifications- Proficient in the application of 3 or more construction crafts
- Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
- Concrete experience, including pouring, spreading, and finishing.
- Familiarity with workplace safety, including safe lifting and handling procedures.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

As a skilled labourer in our restoration team, you will play a critical role in bringing properties back to their pre-loss condition. This position requires a highly motivated and physically capable individual who is not afraid of hard work and can perform under challenging conditions. The role involves heavy lifting, working in various physical positions, and driving company vehicles, including during adverse weather conditions such as snow.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy items (50+ lbs) regularly.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites within and around Cranbrook, BC, including during snow and other adverse weather conditions.
- Execute tasks involving bending, kneeling, and working on your knees for extended periods, such as during floor removal, installation, and detailed cleaning operations.
