You'll be hands-on with installations and finishes while learning to run projects the RenoShark way, with a clear growth path into a Lead Carpenter or Project Manager role, ideally within the next 6-9 months.

Responsibilities

  • Execute hands-on renovation work: framing, drywall, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, trim, painting, scraping of ceilings, basic plumbing and installing finishing details.
  • Execute and implement construction for bathroom, kitchen, basements and main floors, including but not limited to walk-in showers with benches or niches, tubs, vanities.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality standards in all work.
  • Work closely with trades and suppliers, and have a thorough understanding of project timelines
  • Keep job sites organized, safe, and running efficiently and ON TIME.
  • Proactively communicate progress and challenges clearly with the team and clients.
  • Think critically and problem-solve on site to ensure jobs move forward smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma (or currently enrolled) in Residential Construction / Construction Technology.

  • Skilled across multiple applications: bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, painting, tiling, trim.
  • Understanding of other trades that are necessary for building construction (ex. plumbing, HVAC, and/or electrical).
