FLINT is hiring Multiskilled Operators for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting August 2025. Enjoy a 14/14 schedule, camp accommodations, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours.

Qualifications- Minimum of 2000 hours of experience operating a CAT D 11 Dozer with Push Down experience, coupled with at least 2000 hours on the CAT 24 M Grader.
- Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours in Mine Production is required.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Able to train on new equipment when requested.
- Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
