**What are your contributions to the team?**
- Responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-quality content across our digital platforms - including social media, YouTube, our corporate website and work towards creating a consistent high performing content ecosystem for Bombardier.
- Support the digital marketing team in developing the annual content plan and develop and execute content plans that align with brand strategy, business objectives, and audience needs.
- Write, edit, and manage content across a range of formats - including social media, community management, and web pages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather inputs, shape narratives, and ensure alignment.
- Maintain and evolve our tone of voice, content guidelines, and editorial standards.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and alignment with campaigns and company milestones.
- Create content briefs for our internal creative studio and work with copywriters and external suppliers to bring content to life.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights, feedback, and best practices.

- You have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- You have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience developing, implementing and leading content and web strategies in a large organization
- You have the ability to interact effectively with a variety of external and internal contacts and team members.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills.
- You can work autonomously
- You are an expert in written and verbal communication in English. Long form copy writing experience is considered and asset.
- You are highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

- You have solid leadership skills and an ability to work in an extended team across business functions/units.
