Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in social media, content creation, communications, or a related field.
  • Continually seek new and better ways to do things through technology and innovation, which includes but isnt limited to AI
  • Proven experience managing, building and executing social media content across multiple platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and visual collaboration with creative teams.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).

Primary Objective for this Position

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, building and driving content creation across multiple client accounts. This includes content capture and execution, coordinating with creative and account teams, publishing content, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.


Youll ensure the right voices are heard, the right visuals are used, and the right timing is met so every piece of content makes an impact.

Key Responsibilities

The day-to-day will evolve, but core duties include:

  • Plan, create, and publish content across all client social media channels.
  • Oversee and build content calendars in collaboration with account and creative teams.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and clients to ensure all content is on-brand and approved.
  • Post organic content and manage publishing schedules across client channels.
  • Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Track and report on KPIs for social performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support planning and strategy discussions with analytics, platform knowledge, and client context.

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator on our Marketing team to help support the expansion of the S&T brand and drive customer and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, results-driven, and self-motivated with a passion for producing high quality work and creating exceptional guest experiences.



Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute on high quality marketing programs and activities, including advertising, sales collateral, email campaigns and automations.
  • Support for marketing communications, including external and internal newsletters, studio signage, social media, and other digital collateral.
  • Create content, including graphics, photography & video, copywriting, signage, advertising, and social media posts.
  • Website and app updates, online retail shop, and operating platform, and performing regular audits and improvements to maintain optimal experience and function of the digital S&T experience.
  • Help plan the marketing calendar and work with cross functional teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities across all of S&T businesses including fitness, events, Tonic Bar, spa & wellness, and retail.
  • Administrative support, including but not limited to team onboarding, data entry, marketing operations.
  • Provide support for events and partnerships, including working with brand partners, and organizing and attending community events.
  • Provide support for community management across all social channels.
  • Weekly & monthly reporting, including customer insights, marketing performance, promotions and campaign tracking, ad performance, social media engagement, and more.
  • Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights to help shape marketing strategy.
  • Monitor existing communities and competitors within target markets to develop ideas, identify emerging industry trends, and drive qualified audiences.


About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or advertising — ideally in a high volume or fast paced environment.
  • Video-first mindset to lead short-form content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more.
  • Proficient in graphic design, specifically with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for design.

**Job Description**
Dana Full-Time Social Media and Event Coordinators manage multiple social media handles of key unit(s) for the company. These often include, but are not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, & Snapchat for multiple units and often different verticals (Retail vs Higher Ed)
In addition to social media and marketing duties, this role plays a key part in supporting onsite catering operations and event execution. The successful candidate must be comfortable overseeing and assisting with catering set-ups, working closely with culinary teams, and ensuring that events are executed smoothly and professionally. A strong sense of organization, customer service, and hands-on involvement in hospitality-focused experiences is essential.
Coordinators have a strong skill set in content creation and can juggle creating content for multiple units at the same time. These include the ability to edit high-quality audio and video using a combination of hardware and software. They also bring other peripheral skill sets such as the ability to manage and build E-Commerce environments, use multiple forms of editing software to create cutting-edge content, and other cloud-based platforms to aggregate feedback.
Coordinators are expected to understand standard Social Media KPIs and Metrics and send weekly reports to Danau2019s National Lead on Social Media and Engagement. They are also expected to be able to account for these metrics, provide context around them, and grow them over time.
Alongside content creation, this role provides general marketing support which includes engaging with customers and collecting feedback for operational improvements. This includes tabling, polling, sampling, events support, and other activities that drive customer participation and reinforce the Dana brand. Specialists are also capable designers that can create marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters, and signage when needed.
**Job Duties:**
**Social Media Management & Content Creation**
Manage and grow multiple social media handles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) across various units and verticals (Retail and Higher Ed).

**Job Description**
Dana Hospitality is seeking a creative and driven Part-Time Social Media & Event Coordinator to support the promotion and engagement efforts of our food service operations. This flexible position offers 20+ hours per week, including some evening hours for engagement events and activations, and occasional weekends to support open houses, student dinners, and catered functions.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, social media, and community engagement, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. The successful candidate will manage social media content across multiple platforms and provide on-site support for marketing initiatives and events.
**Qualifications**
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
Ability to capture high-quality content using mobile devices.
Friendly and professional communicator with excellent people skills.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for event coverage.
Interest in food, hospitality, and customer service excellence.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
**Nice to Have:**
Experience in food service or hospitality.
Prior customer service or marketing experience.
Strong writing skills for captions and content copy.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
