The Content Creation Technology Group (CCTG) is looking for a Senior AI/ML Programmer who will contribute to the development of applications in the domains of Generative AI and ML bots. The Senior AI/ML Programmer role will bring best practices and design principles to assist the team in delivering our ambitious features roadmap. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Provide and support ML systems based on business requirements and objectives. 

  • Establish technical designs to meet game’s needs. 

  • Collaborate with the data science team, specialized programmers (gameplay, AI, etc.), the research team, and other stakeholders such as productions.  

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain inference engines, libraries, and ML frameworks. 

  • Leverage best hardware (NPU, GPU, CPU) to accelerate ML related computations 

  • Develop systems that allow Gameplay programmers and Data scientist to easily track relevant data to train models 

  • Develop systems to benchmark, evaluate and optimize model’s performance  

  • Program in a clear and structured manner that is in keeping with performance, maintenance, modularity, scalability and compatibility requirements 

  • Integrate and maintain ML systems in game engines and games. 

  • Write unit tests and integration tests 

Other responsibilities: 

  • Creating proof of concepts, that can require model training, fine tuning, experimenting with different techniques and models. 

  • Suggest improvements whenever necessary by designing and implementing new systems or enhancing existing ones 

  • Conducting research to stay up to date with the latest advancements. 

  • Documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators. 

Qualifications

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent. Master in Machine Learning is an asset. 

Relevant Experience: 

Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI/ML. 

Core Skills: 

  • In-depth knowledge of C++ required 

  • Strong Architecture skills 

  • A good hardware knowledge, to take advantage of multithreading, and optimize memory management. 

Other Skills: 

  • Proficient in Python is an asset. 

  • Experience working with game engines is an asset. 

  • A good knowledge of Database products is an asset. 

  • A good knowledge of cloud-based platforms is an asset. 

  • A good knowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is strategic, creative, and results-driven. This role is for someone who does more than just post content—it is for a community builder, brand storyteller, and growth driver.


Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on organic social media growth, community engagement, and content creator collaborations. The primary goal is to build an engaged audience that drives measurable business results. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

This role does not focus on paid advertising. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the performance marketing team, but their primary focus will be organic content creation, engagement, and creator partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Community Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule 20+ posts per platform per month across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Organize and execute giveaways, contests, and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality, trend-driven video content, including Reels and TikToks.
  • Aggressively grow audience reach with a goal of 50K+ new followers and 1M+ views monthly across all platforms. 
  • Collaborate closely with brand, influencer, and performance marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and community-building strategies.
Content Creation
  • The main focus of your role is to create content. 
    • This requires research, script writing, sourcing creators, evaluating analytics for posts, co-ordination of getting the content created and working with video editors to get the final post ready. May sometimes include filming yourself and working with different team members. 
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions with strategic hashtag use.
  • Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s voice and tone, ranging from playful and energetic to sophisticated and wellness-focused depending on the audience.

Creator Management

  • Manage our organic content creators with monthly scripts, support & ensure content is delivered on time.
  • Meet with creators monthly to ensure payment, product, scripts, and videos are completed. 
  • Recruit & Test new content creators for our organic pages.

Posting Schedule

  • Maintain a monthly content calendar with at least 20 posts a month. Work on Metricool to schedule out posts, work along side creators & Video editors to ensure monthly schedule is all set to go prior. 

Influencer & UGC Strategy

  • Work closey with our Influencer Team to coordinate successful partnerships, post collaborative reels with top influencers and evaluate successful videos.  
  • Source, organize, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC).
  • Track and analyze affiliate and influencer performance and look for winning angles to repeat across our channels.

Community & Customer Engagement

  •  Monitor all platforms daily, responding to customer inquiries and comments within 24 hours.
  • Maintain a 95%+ positive sentiment score in community interactions.
  • Facilitate live Q&A sessions and product demonstrations.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze and report on weekly social media metrics to identify trends and adjust strategies.
  • Conduct monthly social media audits to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Research competitor strategies and implement best practices.
Success Benchmarks Days)

First 30 Days

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of all existing social media accounts.
  • Identify quick wins and establish a content calendar.
  • Learn the current SOP for content creation and fine tune it for scale.
  • Partner with more content creators and get 5 new creators on board with products & scripts to start filming.
  • Coordinate with video editor for final edits and schedule for posts on Metricool.
  • Develop and execute the first round of high-engagement content.

First 60 Days

  • Launch at minimum 20 videos per month with at least 10 getting over 5k views. Coordinate with the Influencer Team for repurposing content that is successful with our Brand Ambassadors. 
  • Implement a community-building initiative that increases UGC submissions.
  • Establish relationships with 10+ content creators to test collaborations.
  • Optimize response times and engagement strategies.
  • Finish script writing, content delivery and posting schedule for the next 2 months.
  • Research ideas, look at analytics and finish schedule for the next quarter. Ensure all videos are sourced with creators for filming to ensure schedule is planned ahead of time and the content arrives back in time.

First 90 Days

  • Drive a 10% increase in followers across all key platforms. With the goal to hit 50k new followers each month after first 90 days.
  • Implement a scalable UGC strategy to enhance content production.
  • Achieve key KPIs for engagement, traffic, and community growth.
  • Actively posting 20 videos a month with the following 2 months planned out in advance.

Key Skills & Experience Required
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Strong creative skills in writing, video editing, and brand storytelling.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook algorithms and best practices. Familiarity with tools such as Metricool, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Slack, and Google Workspace is essential. Bonus if you’ve used Notion or ClickUp.
  • Influencer & UGC Strategy: Experience in identifying and managing high-performing influencers and UGC.
  • Analytics & Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Community Engagement: Proven experience in building and maintaining engaged online communities.

Your Scope of Work :

  • Develop, curate, and oversee social media editorial calendars to deliver consistent, strategic, and engaging content across all platforms.

The role

As the leading esports betting brand, a love for esports is a must. Our ideal candidate is a certified internet "culture vulture" who’s fluent in online trends and has a sixth sense of what might come next. We’re looking for someone with a broad range of skills who will be responsible for managing a content calendar and maintaining strategically-built communities, to ideating around larger social activations and pitching innovative content. Together with Creative and Marketing, you will be spearheading the social brand strategy for Rivalry, and focus on creating top tier content on a global scale. Currently, we have over 100+ partners in over 10 countries – and we’re just getting started.

 
We believe in building community through social and content, bringing our audience closer to their favorite esports and sports, creating experiences they undeniably want to be a part of. We’re looking for your experience, unique taste and ideas to keep pushing this narrative and further expand the Rivalry universe.

Rivalry was fully remote before fully remote became a thing, which means that your role will be that as well, but ideally you work in a timezone that is +/- 3hrs EST.

What you will bring to the team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily content calendars and posting cadence.
  • Be the champion of the audience: ensure that the social agenda serves both company needs and audience needs.
  • Work with our Creative and Marketing Team, as well as external creatives and contributors to develop editorial calendars of dynamic social content (including talent-specific ideation).
  • Working closely with country social teams to develop innovative campaigns, promotions, content concepts, and posts that elevate Rivalry’s brand, and is consistent with the brand strategy.
  • Pitch daily, weekly, & monthly content tailored to drive engagement on each of Rivalry’s social media channels.
  • Ensure the company’s Country Leads feel involved and able to collaborate on efforts where their localized expertise and partners can elevate an effort, or be an integral part of one. As a manager your role is to enhance and help leads develop ideas that can be fit for purpose on SoMe and achieve brand and business objectives.
  • Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok community management (knowledge of Youtube and SEO copy is a plus)
  • Monitor wider social conversations and competitor landscape
  • Write/revise social copy and scripting for social assets (i.e. crafting Instagram Stories, short video assets, pulling GIFs, etc.)
  • Qualitative and quantitative social performance analysis for weekly CM reports and campaign wrap reports
  • Curate on-brand content from Rivalry and non-Rivalry sources for all global regions.
  • Reports to the Creative Director.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience managing social channels, agency and/or client management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a global team of social media specialists.
  • A well trained eye for design and a particular interest in craft is a must.
  • Copywriting or journalism background is a big plus.
  • Slack and Google Suite literate.
  • Light skills and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
  • Current social platform and Facebook/Instagram Creator Studio knowledge
  • Analytics expertise is a plus
  • Enthusiastic about innovative social content and larger picture brand building through social media

Linen Chest is looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on social media lead to join us for a 1-year maternity leave contract, with the potential to extend. In this role, you’ll guide the voice and content strategy for one of Canada’s most-loved home retailers.

You’ll own our organic social presence and influencer program—from high-level strategy to daily publishing, performance tracking to creator partnerships. You’ll collaborate with our creative, marketing, eComm, and retail teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure content stays relevant, on-brand, and engaging.

  • Build and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Manage the daily content calendar, publishing schedule, and community engagement
  • Collaborate on content creation and maintain a consistent, elevated brand look and feel
  • Lead influencer and creator partnerships—from outreach to execution and performance tracking
  • Align social content with product launches, promos, and omnichannel campaigns
  • Host giveaways to drive growth and engagement
  • Respond to comments and DMs, and monitor brand mentions to stay connected with our audience
  • Track KPIs using analytics tools and adjust strategy based on performance
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and new content formats
  • Partner with paid media to amplify organic content
Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy and execution
  • Proven experience managing influencer relationships and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of content performance across social platforms
  • Comfortable using tools like Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, and native publishing/analytics features
  • Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting social metrics
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, especially in a remote work environment
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
