The Innovation Labs department at Pixomondo is at the forefront of creating and supporting the technology used in the VFX and Virtual Production industry. Pixomondo is a global, multi-studio, multi-stage company and the software to manage the operations and enable creativity is a fun challenge to create. The innovation spans from pre-production to production to post-production phases. We tackle complex challenges helping the efforts of hundreds of artists producing material for many outstanding films/episodic/serial shows.

As a Software Developer you will be building platforms and APIs, your role is pivotal in shaping how the department can operate with efficiency, accuracy and security to meet the diverse innovation we aim for with our Virtual Production, VFX, and TV production goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code and test innovative platforms, and support those applications within Pixomondo.
• You’ll create products that provide a great user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability.
• Design and code servers, services, applications and databases that are reusable, scalable and meet critical architecture goals.
• Create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that are clean, documented, and easy to use.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience Python Web development. (Preferably Django framework)
• Strong experience in gathering requirements, designing, and architecting software solutions.
• Experience with integrating hardware / software APIs and common communication protocols
• Experience with data structures, databases, SQL
• A strong grasp of source control systems (GIT) and collaborative development, C/I etc.
• Experience with distributed computing and storage systems is required.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.

Cette équipe est chargée des tâches essentielles de gestion des autorisations et des habilitations au sein d'Autodesk Construction Cloud, notre suite de logiciels de construction. Le candidat idéal possédera de solides compétences en leadership, une solide expérience technique et la capacité de gérer une équipe d'ingénieurs hautement qualifiés travaillant sur des services Node.js/Postgres à fort trafic.
**Responsabilités**
+ **Leadership d'équipe:** diriger, encadrer et inspirer une équipe d'ingénieurs logiciels talentueux, en leur fournissant des conseils, en évaluant leurs performances, en favorisant leur développement de carrière et en leur offrant des opportunités d'évolution professionnelle
+ **Supervision technique:** superviser la conception, la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des services Node.js et PostgreSQL à fort trafic liés à la gestion des autorisations et des accès. Garantir des performances, une fiabilité, une évolutivité et une sécurité élevées
+ **Gestion de projet:** collaborer avec les chefs de produit et les autres parties prenantes pour définir la portée, les objectifs et les livrables du projet. Hiérarchiser et gérer les tâches de développement afin de respecter les délais du projet
+ **Planification stratégique:** élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies à long terme pour l'équipe de contrôle d'accès, en veillant à leur alignement avec les objectifs généraux de la division AEC Construction
+ **Innovation et amélioration:** favoriser l'amélioration continue des pratiques d'ingénierie, notamment la qualité du code, les tests, le déploiement et la surveillance
+ **Collaboration interfonctionnelle:** instaurer la confiance et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes d'ingénierie, DevOps et QA afin de garantir une intégration et une livraison transparentes des produits logiciels
+ **Orientation client:** défendre les intérêts des utilisateurs finaux en veillant à ce que les résultats de l'équipe se traduisent par une expérience utilisateur sécurisée et intuitive
**Qualifications minimales**
+ **Formation:** licence ou master en informatique, ingénierie ou expérience équivalente
+ **Expérience technique:** au moins 7 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le développement de logiciels, avec une spécialisation dans le développement backend
+ Maîtrise approfondie de Node.js et PostgreSQL
+ **Expérience en matière de leadership:** au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'ingénierie, à la tête d'équipes de taille et de complexité similaires
+ **Connaissance du domaine:** compréhension des systèmes de gestion des autorisations et des autorisations, en particulier dans le contexte d'applications à grande échelle
+ **Capacités de résolution de problèmes:** solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de prendre des décisions fondées sur des données
+ **Capacités de communication:** excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite, avec la capacité d'exprimer des concepts techniques complexes à des parties prenantes non techniques
**Qualifications souhaitées**

**Salary transparency**
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $136,000 and $187,000. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
