The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner with deep expertise in the property & casualty (P&C) insurance domain, including familiarity with full cycle accounting, analytics, and financial reporting. This role combines product ownership and people leadership, overseeing a team of Business Analysts and User Acceptance Testers to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams as well as clients, to shape the product roadmap, define requirements, prioritize features, and guide the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring our products deliver maximum value to our clients
This position can be performed from our office in London, Ontario or remotely within Canada. Remote-based employees may occasionally be asked to travel to our office for meetings or team-building events.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, focusing in areas related to insurance accounting, financial reporting and analytics, and dashboards
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on product goals
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and User Acceptance Testers
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and user-centric design
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and clarifications
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including IFRS 17
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively across all levels of the company
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- A university degree, college diploma or professional designation in a related field, such as the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with accounting software systems within the P&C insurance industry, or in a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance operations, policy administration systems, and workflows
- Proven experience with insurance accounting, financial reporting, and analytics
- Experience working with insurance and accounting software, including Guidewire, Duck Creek, NetSuite, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with IFRS 17 and other relevant insurance-related financial regulations

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. The Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative products that help partners identify their customers and enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers in payments and beyond.
As the Tooling Enablement Product Manager, you will drive the product development of customer evaluation tools that enable new and existing customers to discover the value and efficacy of our products. The role is focused on improving our existing tooling and owning the future strategy for Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations. You will partner closely with other product managers, engineers, market facing roles, and data scientists to lead cross-functional projects scaling the evaluation process to allow for improved close rates and expanded account knowledge. As the product manager, you will lead efforts to research, design, and take to market innovative new solutions focused on the customer lifecycle and account discovery. Role
In this position, you will:
Drive product development focusing on customer journey and experience
Meet regularly with end customers to understand opportunities for new product capabilities and improvements.
Partner with sales teams, product marketing, privacy lawyers, and other product managers to identify business opportunities and deliver solutions to the market.
Prepare launches and monitors product performance, adoption, and operational health.
Partner with legal, sales, and end customers drive data collection and quality improvements.
Display judgment to know when to escalate issues and liaise with cross-functional teams for resolution.
Own and manage product documentation ensuring it is clear and easily consumable by product, cross-functional and engineering teams.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Product management experience; ideally in SaaS products.
Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
Technical experience working with APIs, databases, and data-centric applications.
Strong written and verbal communication; can effectively articulate product decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Business acumen and a proven track record to drive positive results for customers.
Ability to collaborate and deliver results within a team.
An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a bias for action.

Role Overview
The Head of Product Management is a key member of the executive team. You will own the full product strategy and execution across Ndax. You will define the vision, lead a multi-disciplinary product organization, and deliver products that strengthen Ndax’s position as the most trusted platform for digital asset trading in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle: discovery, design, development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
- Lead all teams under the product scope, including Product Management, Design, UX Research, and Product Data.

- Drive user growth, engagement, and retention through customer-centric product decisions.

- 10+ years of product leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior product role in fintech, crypto, or a compliance-heavy industry.
- Proven track record of scaling product organizations and delivering measurable business results.
- Deep understanding of financial services, digital assets, and regulated markets.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and inspire teams.
