Overview

Adaptiv Networks is seeking a technically curious and service-minded Solution Engineer to join our growing Solutions team. This role bridges technical insight with customer engagement, helping partners and clients deploy Adaptivs SD-WAN and SASE solutions successfully.


Reporting to the Solutions team, you will collaborate across the Solutions, Engineering, and Operations teams to support both pre-sales and post-sales initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience looking to build their expertise in networking and cybersecurity while working directly with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.


This position may occasionally involve participation in client site visits, trade shows, or partner events in support of business development efforts.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales & Customer Engagement

  • Support customer and partner discussions with technical insights, product demonstrations, and architectural guidance.
  • Design and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilots, and trials to validate solutions in customer environments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and solution designs.
  • Assist with technical presentations and documentation for prospects and partners.

Post-sales & Solution Delivery

  • Participate in the onboarding and deployment of SD-WAN and SASE solutions.

Requirements

  • College or university diploma in networking, computer science, telecommunications, or a related technical field (required).
  • 25 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or solution delivery roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Familiarity with IP networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud-based environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, industry events, or partner meetings.
  • Certification in networking and/or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Security+) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of customer projects from project definition phase to go-live, in close collaboration with the Unblu Business Project Lead.

  • Knowledge of mobile application development, both Android and iOS.
  • Understanding of CI/CP pipelines.
  • Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP protocol suite, proxies, Web application firewalls, etc.
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization technologies and protocols, such as OIDC.
  • Client-facing experience.

  9. Serve as the critical link between the sales and engineering teams, ensuring customer needs are precisely converted into technical specifications.

  10. Represent the company at conferences, shows, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and promote our solutions actively.

  11. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and technological innovations to refine our sales strategies and offerings continually.

  12. Assist with the technical setup and configuration on platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, etc.

  13. Communicate any changes in deadlines and proposals efficiently during project timelines.
  1. Engage in the Customer Journey process following the successful completion of projects, ensuring a seamless and supportive customer experience.

Qualifications:


  1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role within the software or technology consulting industry.

  3. Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of software development processes, architectures, and cloud technologies.

  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  5. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful solution selling.

  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently in a remote setting.
  7. Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.

As demand grows, we're looking for a Pre-Sales SAP Sales Architect to join our team and play a critical role in customer success and product excellence.

Were looking for a Pre-Sales SAP Architect with strong SAP technical expertise and a passion for solution selling. In this hybrid role, youll work at the intersection of technology and salespartnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Solutions Architects to craft and deliver compelling SAP solution demos, guide customers through technical evaluations, and influence product adoption through deep technical insight and customer empathy.


You bring a solid SAP background, strong communication skills, and a talent for understanding customer pain points and mapping them to our SAP-integrated solutions. You are part developer, part consultant, and all about creating value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-impact, technically sound demos and presentations tailored to SAP environments (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycleanswering customer questions, managing proofs-of-concept, and addressing integration concerns.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored SAP solution architectures using our document archiving platform.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate and clear technical input.
  • Bridge the gap between sales and productbringing customer feedback into product design and roadmap discussions.
  • Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions to assess customer systems and identify integration strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, integration standards, and competitive solutions.
  • Help develop demo environments, technical documentation, solution blueprints, and implementation playbooks.

Qualifications:

  • 37 years in SAP technical roles (ABAP, BTP, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or related).
  • Proven experience supporting SAP-centric sales cycles or working as a technical consultant.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS is highly valuable.
  • Experience with SAP enhancements, custom development (BADI, user exits), and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA pre-sales or implementations.
  • Background in enterprise content management (OpenText, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 or web-based UI integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud storage and archiving platforms.
  • Previous experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant role.

Myers-Holum Delivery Organization offers a layered and specialized approach with subject matter exerts within their perspective areas. Our Solution Architects play an instrumental role in the pre-sales process as the solutions provided set the tone and expectation for the entirety of the engagement. When working with Myers-Holum, clients will partner with dedicated Solution Architects who have like-minded solutioning expertise and previous hands-on industry knowledge as the clients undergoing the transformation process for their NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and reconstruction needs. This all-encompassing role requires the ability to actively listen, empathize, explain, influence and negotiate all while understanding needs, and providing advice in order to deliver the right technology results for each client.

The Role you Will Play

  • Provide leadership and help to scope, gauge, and deliver large scale NetSuite projects.
  • Determine appropriate forecasting of Project Management and delivery scope to help ensure a successful client experience.
  • Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, solution approaches, functional and technical requirements and specifications and can present them to clients
  • Participate in business development activities that include pre-sales meetings, demos and calls with potential clients – Working in conjunction with Myers-Holum Account Executives and Delivery teams, as well as client stakeholders
  • Participate in project planning and supporting tasks to manage expectations, maintain timeline and meet goals for project deliverable.
  • Lead the creation of business proposals including the review and response to RFP's. Create SOW's once the scope of the project is determined
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external clients to ensure best practice, product and capabilities are leveraged to provide beneficial client solutions
  • This role may include up to 75% travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

Profile for Success

  • 4-5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
  • Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
  • Full, life-cycle implementation experience with proven presentation skills
  • Project Management experience, in designing and outlining a prospective project plan
  • In depth understanding of NetSuite and the Pre-sales process
  • This role may include up to 50% travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements
