NeuraFlash is growing and hiring a Solutions Engineer! As a member of our Solutions Engineering team, you'll be heavily involved in the pre-sales process for a variety of cutting-edge technology projects primarily with Salesforce, Agentforce, and more! Working closely with and reporting to our Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for demonstrating and creating value for NeuraFlash services and products for Salesforce, building technical credibility in compelling demonstrations, and creating accurate and competitive proposals for projects.

As a Solution Engineer, you'll also contribute to our product development efforts and Service/Agentforce Product Portfolio through field feedback to our Product Managers. Our Product Managers collaborate closely with our Practice Leads and establish a best-in-class pre-sales process to provide high growth and penetration into key accounts in the Salesforce ecosystem.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Demonstrate Salesforce and NeuraFlash products/assets to customers
  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
  • Gather requirements for large-scale service transformation projects
  • Create compelling demos and deliver to customers and prospects, showcasing the power of the Salesforce platform and the value of NeuraFlash as a Consulting Partner
  • Create and modify Proposals SOW's and create responses to RFP's working alongside the NeuraFlash delivery team
  • Help maintain and update lead management, pipeline & forecasting in Salesforce
  • Be liaison between the sales and the technical team to improve efficiency in customer sales responses and product improvements
  • Learn about Salesforce, Agentforce, Einstein, AWS and our AI products and provide recommendations to customers and internal teams on leveraging Salesforce and AI to meet specific business needs
  • Collaborate closely with delivery to develop project scope & estimates and execute our pre-sales process to the highest degree
  • Provide customer feedback and solutions to product management to continue to advance our portfolio of AppExchange products
  • Continuously ensure the highest possible level of customer experience
  • Drive innovation in the areas of Salesforce capabilities and AI in full partnership with NeuraFlash's Field Service and AI teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 - 3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services - preferably Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce or a similar technology
  • 2 - 3 years in customer facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • 2 - 3 years in a consulting role
  • Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Service cloud platform & architecture
  • A keen interest in learning rapidly in the AI Space
  • Strong customer facing skills

Adaptiv Networks is seeking a technically curious and service-minded Solution Engineer to join our growing Solutions team. This role bridges technical insight with customer engagement, helping partners and clients deploy Adaptivs SD-WAN and SASE solutions successfully.

NeuraFlash is growing and hiring a Solution Engineer! As a member of our Solution Engineering team, you'll be heavily involved in the pre-sales process for a variety of cutting-edge technology projects primarily with Amazon Connect, and more! REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 - 3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services - preferably within Amazon Connect
  • 2 - 3 years in customer facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience

As an Innovative Data Platform Solution Engineer (SE), you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprises unlock the full potential of Microsoft's cloud database and analytics stack across every stage of deployment. You'll collaborate closely with engineering leaders and platform teams to accelerate the Fabric Data Platform, including Azure Databases and Analytics, through hands-on engagements like Proof of Concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops. **Responsibilities**
+ Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
+ Lead hands-on engagements-hackathonsand architecture workshops-to accelerate adoption of Microsoft's cloud platforms.
+ Build trusted relationships with platform leads, co-designing secure, scalable architectures and solutions
+ Resolve technical blockers and objections, collaborating with engineering to share insights and improve products.
+ Maintain deep expertise in Analytics Portfolio: Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, DW, real-time intelligence, BI, Copilot), Azure Databricks, Purview Data Governance and Azure Databases: SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL.
+ Maintain and grow expertise in on-prem EDW (Teradata, Netezza, Exadata), Hadoop & BI solutions.
+ Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in cloud Database & Analytics communities and customer forums

**Qualifications**
**Required/minimum qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
+ OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience with Azure Databases (SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL) from migration & modernize and creating new AI apps.
+ Experience with Azure Analytics (Fabric, Azure Databricks, Purview) and competitors (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) in data warehouse, data lake, big data, analytics, real-time intelligent, and reporting using integrated Data Security & Governance.
+ Proven ability to lead technical engagements (e.g., hackathons, PoCs, MVPs) that drive production-scale outcomes.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

+ Experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management
+ Proficient on data warehouse & big data migration including on-prem appliance (Teradata, Netezza, Oracle), Hadoop (Cloudera, Hortonworks) and Azure Synapse Gen2.
Solution Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $96,000 - CAD $77,600 per year.
Solution Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD 128,000 - CAD 222,400 per year.
