We’re searching for a Solutions Consultant, Compliance Solutions who is local to one of our offices (Chicago, IL; Carmel ,IN; Toronto, ON) to join our Sales team. The Solutions Consultant, Compliance Solutions will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise and Corporate Account Sales teams to showcase solution value, validate business needs during prospecting, and support sales cycle through scoping and deal closure. The Solutions Consultant, Compliance Solutions will be an expert in our Compliance solutions, specifically Audits & Standards, providing in-depth knowledge to help ensure sales success.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Leverage product expertise in order to help achieve quota and drive sales success of our Compliance Solutions

  • Lead our Accrediting & Regulatory Relationship Program to grow and innovate our partnerships, such as Joint Commission Resources, AAAHC, CAP, etc.

  • Offer insights into emerging industry trends and customer needs to teams, which includes monitoring regulation and standard updates to process into our solution

  • Develop an Optimization Program to advise customers on requirements, help scope proposals to align their internal goals with RLDatix solution capabilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on product development, market strategy, and overall business direction; including direct input, collaboration, and knowledge on relevant strategies to support sales and client needs

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Expertise in healthcare standards, regulations, and accreditations (ex: TJC, DNV, CMS, CIHQ, ACHC)

  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate a variety of technology platforms

  • Ability to commute to a local office (Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Toronto, ON) 50% of the month

  • Assist clients with deployment and post deployment support in collaboration with product support team.

What you will bring:


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud computing, and related technologies.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, DNS, security, and compliance standards.

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director of Client Delivery, the Technical Solutions Associate assists with technical implementation activities, gathers and organizes technical requirements, and supports ongoing client configuration and integration needs. This is a client-facing position that offers exposure to a variety of technologies and departments, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in technical consulting and SaaS delivery.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Project & Task Coordination

  • Assist in managing project timelines by following up on outstanding technical tasks and configuration requirements.
  • Support weekly implementation or IT calls by preparing documentation and tracking action items.
  • Help maintain accurate project and configuration documentation.

2. Client Success & Support

  • Participate in technical discovery sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with client IT contacts and third-party vendors to collect data and configuration requirements.
  • Provide first-level support for configuration changes and data feed implementations.

3. Solution Support & Documentation

About This Opportunity

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or a higher education degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience with cloud computing/Linux systems and architecting end to end data processing pipelines or data intensive enterprise solutions.
System/Cloud Architecture Skills
  • Excellent understanding and implementation experience with containers and containers-based orchestration frameworks and leveraging them in the development/solutioning process.
  • Kubernetes and Docker knowledge must have.
  • Excellent understanding of system engineering concepts and good command of working in a Linux based environment (OS fundamentals etc.) Ubuntu and CentOS/RHEL mainly.

  • Excellent understanding of distributed systems/services architecture and enterprise grade solutions/software.
  • Good understanding and implementation/integration experience of LDAP, OAuth, OpenID, SSH, TLS, network connectivity, firewalls etc. that are required in any enterprise grade service architecture/solution.
Programming Languages/Frameworks
  • Experience in Go, Python, Java, Bash scripting is good to have.
  • Experience in cloud IaaC skills like CloudFormation/Deployment Manager or Terraform.
Data Engineering Skills
  • Understanding of building data pipelines and processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management in ‘big data’ environments.
  • Experience of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of SQL query language and working with relational databases.
  • Experience of NoSQL database types and understanding of their disparate application scenarios.
Data Science skills

The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. + Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements

The Role:

The role of Solutions Analyst (SA) is to initiate, execute and support the development of new and revised business processes and requirements for the effective application of J.D. Power solutions and technology. Solutions Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and project team members to elicit, analyze, specify and validate the business and functional requirements.   • Translate conceptual business requirements into functional requirements using standard templates.
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and the project team.

Qualifications of this Role:

  • Experience as a Solutions/Technical Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Have experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and SDLC.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of technical business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstratable experience in creating diagrams, documents and presentations with the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed and able to exercise independent judgment.
  • Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving skills, interviewing and documentation writing skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of programming languages is an asset.
