At Smithers Community Services Association (SCSA) , were looking for a Program Manager to lead our dynamic ELMS team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong people skills , a client-first mindset , and a deep commitment to supporting immigrant and refugee integration in a rural community setting.

Youll lead a dedicated team supporting newcomers on their immigration journey to Canada through English language classes, settlement services, and community-building programs. What Youll Do:
- Lead a passionate team delivering language and settlement services
- Build partnerships that support newcomer needs
- Manage budgets, funding, and reports
- Support staff and volunteers with care and coaching
- Champion diversity and inclusion
What You Bring:
- Strong people skills and a client-first mindset
- Experience in program or team management (formal or informal we value lived experience too)
- Interest in newcomer settlement, adult learning, or community development
- Ability to lead with heart, stay organized, and keep big-picture goals in sight
- A flexible, supportive leadership style
