What will you be doing?
As a Special Needs Educational Assistant , you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care. Responsibilities include:
• Helping children with various degrees of need in the learning environment.
• Planning and implementing programming based on the need of the child supported by a certificated teacher.
• Effectively communicating and building a relationship with children and families.
• Ability to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to write an IPP, tracking and planning forms as well as parent communication are required.
• Other duties as assigned.
