We are currently looking for Special Education Technicians (TES) / Special Educators with the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to work with children, teenagers, adults, and seniors experiencing adjustment difficulties, behavioral disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or intellectual disabilities.

• Strong capacity to establish a helping relationship based on listening, empathy, and positive communication.

• Competence in analyzing client needs and contributing to the development and implementation of an Individualized Intervention Plan (IIP) .

• Monitoring progress and adjusting intervention strategies in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

• Active participation in clinical meetings and collaboration with teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and social workers.

• Effective communication with families and living environments to ensure continuity of care.

• Ability to manage crisis situations while remaining calm and professional.

• Flexibility to work in various environments (school, institutional, community, healthcare).

• Openness to accepting both short- and long-term contracts in Montreal, Laval, the South Shore, the North Shore , and even remote regions of Quebec (North Shore, James Bay, Ungava, Nunavik, Gaspésie, Abitibi, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean).
